Very bad stuff, especially Jenn. I was waiting for an answer about summer camp, my son is autistic and they said it will take about 1-2 days to get approve . But I was waiting for at least 3 weeks, and every time when i call them they keep forcing me and saying I will call you tomorrow….and now after 3 weeks waiting I can’t find any available space at other daycares. She just say I left message about your son, but I was checking emails , voice messages, calls….. nothing!

The entire staff is wonderful here - BUT - Khalima Abduganieva is an answer to prayer. She is wonderful with our special needs daughter, and sets the tone for her day!

Jaime and Jenn the management team are super friendly. They are always present in the building for the families, staff, and children. They work closely with the teachers to ensure we are getting the best education for our children. Anytime we had a concern they made sure we felt heard and addressed the concerns. Thank you ladies for doing an amazing job.

This center is where you need to be at. The Director here, Ms. Jamie and the Assistant Director, Ms. Jenn are simply amazing. You can truly see that these two ladies truly care about the children in this center. They both go above and beyond to improve this center each day.As a parent, I can see the hard work they put into their center and staff. You can tell they are great leaders by the love their staff and us families have for them.If you are looking for a center where the not only the teachers care about your children but management team does also, this is the center for you. This center is full of some amazing teachers and a great management team. You would not be disappointed here with them caring for your child.

We had to make the excruciating decision to remove our kids from this facility due to multiple 10% rate increases throughout the year. I think the directors here have done a phenomenal job with what they have to work with, but it’s clear that there is a disconnect between corporate or whoever is the true “owner”. You cannot reach anyone above the director level or at the corporate office. The website clearly states to take any issues up with the directors at the school. So these ladies have to deal with delivering the biannual news of rate increases and I’m sure plenty of backlash from the families, while some mystery person is hiding out pulling the puppet strings behind the curtain. Maybe this review will reach them: your business model is failing. Perhaps if you showed your face, talked with the families and show you care about the students and the families lining your pockets, we could’ve stayed. Face time goes a long way. A reason or an explanation can go a long way. But charging the cost equivalent of an out of state, lucrative college education for two kids under 5 in the state of Ohio, and hiding behind your messengers at the schools is wrong. Parents rely on rates going down as a child ages. Over 2 years, my almost 5 year old had gone up around $70.00 per week, with another 10% increase poised to come in January. That’s still with a discount on an infant we added earlier this year. As two working parents who are planning to need the before school, after school and summer care for the next 9 years, we could not fathom what these rates would be like in the future. It started to feel like that any time there might be some relief, you’re going to “get” us another way. And simply having your hard, caring workers who actually run your school deliver that message, over and over again, with their hands tied, is a dirty business practice that we will not support. We will miss the dedication of your directors at this school as well as the caretakers in the Infant A room who developed an incredible bond with our infant. We suggest you start looking out for these people who are the face of your school, and stepping in and up as a business owner and leader. It could’ve made a difference in our decision.

This is my children's second time attending COA and they have absolutely loved it both times. We moved the first time and were extremely sad to leave. After coming back almost 5 years later they still remembered and were excited to see my littles so grown up. It was like bringing them back to family. Every day that I bring them there I leave confident knowing that my children will be greatly taken care of. Today was my babies first day back to school and he had to get picked up by COA and I was so worried he wouldn't know what to do. He just turned 6 less than a month ago. I called to make sure he was picked up by them and was safely brought back to the center. it was Tonya who answered and made me feel at such ease. She let me know that no teacher who was there to pick him up would ever leave the school without having him unless they were told otherwise by me that he wouldn't be there to be picked up. That made me feel so much comfort knowing that i know they will always lookout for him. THANK YOU! I love you guys and all you do! I couldn't ask for a better place for my little guys to go to when I'm not able to be with them.

My daughter loves coming here. She is enjoying the pre-k program and the teacher Ms. Amy is fantastic. Everyday she comes home with something bee she had learned. I love the hands on learning approach VS the cookie cutter art every other center we attended had. She is actually learning and not just gluing things to a paper.

1. As a parent I couldn't ask for a more perfect set of infant teachers. They truly love and care for my son. It's scary with a baby and handing them off every day, but as soon as I pick him up out of his carseat and Ms. Sam, Ms. Marical, Ms. Jennifer gets within view he is nothing but smiles. It's not just the infant teachers either. I know he is even well loved by their support staff. Ms. Ami loves her babies and I know with her, he will always be snuggled and given the love I wish I could give him throughout the day.2. As a staff member going on 3 years now- COA is an amazing early learning center. I've never seen such a hard working group of men and women. They all work together giving each other advice on how to better themselves as teachers and how to provide the most for every child. They all take time to learn about every single child and their families. The company is constantly improving themselves as well. I know my voice is heard with my bosses and my bosses are not afraid to speak up on my behalf. If you are in the Cincinnati area and are looking for child care I suggest Children of America 100%
