Is it too much to ask for someone to do their job correctly? I have had a couple of recent issues with the pharmacy. First issue was a couple of months ago when I went through the drive through, my debit card was charge with mine and the car behind me prescriptions. When I called the pharmacy, I was told I had to go in for a refund, when I got there, the person was off who did the refunds and was told come back. Today I went to pick up a prescription, I was told it was not there, they gave it someone else. I even made a point to call them to tell them I couldn't pick until I got back from vacation, they were suppose to note that on my account. So I was upset today when I was told they would have to order it and to come back. I'm not happy with service at this pharmacy location.

No dollar ? deals like other Walgreens. Of course you are going to spend more for most items but it is convenient.

Skinny blonde manager in a green long sleeve and yoga pants. I watched her treat her cashier so meanly over her asking her boss a question. Be nice to your employees!!

The pharmacy is definitely not impressive. My husband gave them a chance and wow, he regrets it. They always screwed up the time his prescription was due and sometimes gave him the prescription he did not ask for. I do not recommend.

Glad pharmacist closed 5 min to play on their phone, and ignored the drive thru,while I could of used some nausea medicine that was sent over. Hope you or a loved one are never in that situation. It sucks

How is it that sale items are always out of stock on the first day of a sale? Either this store does not order enough stock, or they allow some greedy jerk to buy it all.

Website says open Sunday at 9am. Store says opens at 10. Waste of time because no one that works there can get their info right.

pls get a self check out if u only have 2 ppl in store and photo cant help 2 ppl so ur cashier has to i walked out sorry left pads on counter that fell down sorry no one wants to wait 10 min for pads

I needed help getting a photo printed that was sent to me which I subsequently added text to. I tried several times onmy own to send and get printed correctly...couldn't figure it out. Kelly in the Madison store graciously helped me and within minutes I had the print I wanted. Kudos to Kelly and Walgreens. Happy customer.

Only two people in front of me, but it took what felt like a long time to get my prescription. The counter girl was teaching what appeared to be a new employee, and that's what may have been the cause.

As others have said, the pharmacy is closed on weekends. And it closes at 7 on weekdays. It's not convenient for people who work a Monday through Friday job. And like others, my prescription was transferred here. I am looking for a new pharmacy.

Rite Aid transferred all of my prescription's to Walgreens. Walgreens Pharmacy does not have any weekend hours. Out of my meds! I think they need to step up to the plate to take care of ALL of the new customers!

The Dr sent the pain med prescription to Walgreens.I was to take my first dose before the anesthesia wore off. Walgreens didn't have it but said they would have it today. I called and I was informed they ordered the wrong medication and now they won't have it until tomorrow. I asked if they could send it to another pharmacy. The answer was no..Ok so now I'm in a great deal of pain with no relief in sight. I'm transferring my business.
