I have used this store for all my phone needs with Verizon since they opened this location. Today, Ean helped my mom and I both upgrade our phones (hers being an older android) to iPhone. He was extremely knowledgeable and SO patient when transferring everything to our new phones; went over all the necessary terms/conditions and let us know about all of the possible options for what we needed. Couldn’t recommend him and this store more!! Brodie was the other associate working and answered all the extra questions we had about other miscellaneous store items, he is amazing as well!!!

Ean was very helpful in setting up new phones for my wife and me. He spent a lot of time with us and explained everything. Albert was also there and helped get things set up for us. Great job guys.

Amazing Experience at Verizon – Huge Thanks to Josh & Ean!
I had such a fantastic experience at the Verizon Store in Madison yesterday! I went in to upgrade my phone and walked out with not only the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, but also a reminder of what great customer service feels like.
There are six of us on our family plan, and we were all eligible for upgrades—so we all showed up together! Despite the potential chaos, Josh and Ean handled everything with patience, professionalism, and humor. They took the time to walk each of us through our upgrades, answer every question, and make the whole process fun and stress-free.
A few highlights:
Ean helped my sister and brother-in-law install screen protectors on their new iPhones.
My daughter, son-in-law, and I all had watch upgrades available, and Ean helped guide us through that as well. I’m excited for my new Galaxy Ultra Watch!
Ean even assisted me personally in setting up my new phone and helped clean up my storage by skipping the 17 pages of unused games from two phones ago (I was at 79% storage—now I’m down to 38%!).
Josh and Ean kept the energy up and made what could have been a long visit genuinely enjoyable.
Ean, in particular, stood out with his stellar product knowledge, outstanding personality, and top-notch customer service. If Verizon leadership sees this—give this guy a manager role!
Josh travels between locations, so you may or may not catch him there, but Ean is based at the Madison store. If you’re in the area and need anything phone/watch/Verizon-related (outside of a service center), definitely stop in and ask for Ean. And hey—tell him Michelle sent you! (Kidding—you won’t get a discount, but you will get amazing service.)

Highly recommend asking for Ean Summers- Madison Verizon. Knowledgeable and great customer service. He took the time to ensure my new phone was set up and old one turned in. Very pleasant experience and stress free!!

Madison OH Verizon. We got new I phones from Brodie there. Brodie was the bestest! We were in and out of there in an hour. It’s always been two hours in the past. He was professional and fun to work with! Will definitely ask for him If we ever have to go back. Thanx Brodie

Badly needed to get in to update my old phone which was on its last legs. Sidney and Kaleb took great care of me. Very patient and helpful. Great customer service.

Was very unfortunate to have my phone break in the middle of the day. Was able to get into Verizon and get a new phone that day. Was greeted the moment I walked in the door and did not have to wait long for service. Sales rep Joe was very professional and went above and beyond to help me fix my situation. Would highly recommend this store and Joe for any sales needs.

Came in see Richie rich, he was patient & knowledgeable with all of my requests and question's. Very easy to talk to & cool conversations. I fully recommend this gentleman for any needs cell phones related.

I came in store with data issues on my iPhone and I was helped by Richard G, he was very nice and helped me figure out what was going on. He also let me know about promotions I was eligible for to help lower my bill and get me new phones. Would definitely recommend working with him!

Came in & had a great experience with Richie Switching over from straight talk, normally thought of this process being complicated, but he made it simple & quick & fully elaborated on the bill. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
