“I️ called the Auto Repair Center last minute after having a horrible experience at another repair center. I️ was extremely upset with the experience I had just had and was a little frantic. Matt was extremely reassuring and told me to come right in even with no appointment. I️ got there just before closing and Lexie and McCoy took their time to listen as I️ explained the situation I️ was having, which ultimately came down to needing a new tire. They quoted me $175 for the new tire including taxes and fees after I️ had been quoted a minimum of $300 (before taxes and fees) at the other shop. Upon examining my tire, they realized that I️ never needed a new tire in the first place and they could easily repair my tire for $18.00! The other shop didn’t even bother to check if the tire could simply be repaired. They asked if I️ was a Walmart Plus member, which I️ was and SURPRISE! My service was completely FREE! Lexie, McCoy, and Matt were all so patient, kind, and helpful. Although close to closing, they never made me feel rushed nor did they at any time attempt to “upsell me”. Their time and attention helped turned a $300+ new tire into a no cost simple repair! I️ cannot emphasize how thankful I️ was for them and all they did to help me!”

“I was pleased with my efficient oil change on Friday prior to a trip. I knew that they had checked the pressure in my tires when they checked all other areas as they do a thorough inspection when they change my oil. Monday I noticed the tire pressure light on in my car. I drove through Valvoline to have the pressure checked. They found a nail in the tire and were able to fix it right then. I was relieved since I had another trip to take the following day. They have kind, knowledgeable technicians who treat me with dignity. I’m thankful they are here in Madison.”
