I ordered a John Richard sculpture on August 27, 2023. There was not information when placed order that it would take longer than 30 days for shipment. When not received in September, I contacted Allison there. She responded by email that there can be a 16 week lead time for this. Finally, in October, I was emailed that it would be shipped by January 26, 2024. I have no further updates, and it is not received. This company may be cheaper but they are using your money and who knows if I will ever get the sculpture. I will be contacting my bank regarding this for a dispute. Look elsewhere for your deals on items such as this.

I ordered a Caracole cabinet from Classy Cottage since the price was several hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else. I was hesitant since I never heard of them. Not only was the delivery on time and the unit was perfect - not a defect on it which is rare, but the delivery company was the best I ever had. Three gentlemen placed and put it together. The shelves and legs needed to be installed. They were so careful in my home, showed up early and everything went perfectly. I highly recommend them.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Allison Allen is a dishonest business owner and continuously claims items "are being shipped" when this is not the case and she knows it. I placed an order in July and inquired 6 months later on why it had still had not shipped (estimated delivery in September 2022...it is now January 2023 and still has not shipped) and was told it was the fault of another employee and would be delivered in the next 6 days. Here we are three weeks later...still no delivery and when I reached out this time to just cancel it, I was told there was a "warehouse flood" and it was again delayed. At this point I have asked for a refund multiple times and am STILL getting the run around. Would not recommend this business to anyone. BUYER BEWARE.

I have placed two orders with the Classy Cottage and I could not be happier. Allison, the owner, was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The delivery company they used to deliver my painting, Arcadia Home Delivery, was outstanding!

I found classy cottage by sheer accident. Before I make a purchase I go here first to see if Allison can get me the item for a better price. If she can get it her prices are the best. Allison always makes her best attempt to find the item I am looking for and even if it does not work out she spends her time and effort in trying. Since Covid supply chain issues have taken delivery time to a new dimension, but that is everywhere and just part of the current environment. Do not get frustrated because once you get your piece it will be even more beautiful because you got it a fair price point and well worth waiting for it. Cannot ask for more .. Thank You Allison

I found the most beautiful pendants for my kitchen remodel at the Classy Cottage. I called them as I had a few questions, they were knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered the pendants and received them within five days. I was so excited that they arrived so soon. I will definitely shop at Classy Cottage again !

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Their customer service leaves much to be desired if you're attempting a return. They make you jump through hoops to get the money credited back to your account. The customer must pay for return shipping and on top of that they will not refund the shipping they charged you to originally send the item. They also charge a significant restocking fee. The person replying to the emails to complete this exchange (which took way too long and too many messages back and forth) is named Allison. She's incredibly rude and made it so hard just to complete your transaction. They really try to keep your money at all costs. Once they FINALLY agreed to partially refund my order after I had to follow up as to the status, Allison rudely wrote me back and labeled my message as "SPAM". The way they treat their customers is abhorrent. Please save yourself a headache and order from someplace else.

Very positive experience with this business. I had ordered 2- X benches from them early in 2020. Unfortunately I recently noticed unusual wear on the fabric tops. Allison completely supported me throughout the process of getting new tops from the manufacturer. Thank you for supporting your customer!

Buyers beware. The classy cottage does not offer the flexibility of other online retailers and furniture companies. I had an issue with a product and was very disappointed with their lack of desire to try and resolve the issue. I was shocked and appalled by my interaction with their CEO who was not professional at all, even resorting to name calling. Horrible experience.

Love working with The Classy Cottage. Allison is so patient, helpful and gives wonderful advice without being a pushy salesperson. I've worked with her twice now, both times were great. The first time I ended up buying a piece of art from her, which now hangs proudly in our bedroom. The second time I ended up changing direction with updating our foyer/stairwell and opted not to purchase the art. Nevertheless, Allison was patient with me as I cycled through my decision making, and I'm now very happy with the choice I made. (Lighting instead of artwork.) Only suggestion for improvement would be updating the website as it's somewhat difficult to navigate and dated. All in all, positive experience, and will definitely shop from her again!

Terrible return policy. Customers not accommodated. Poor attitude. If you like the exchange returns on the pproducts you buy or maybe change your mind after purChase, stay away from The Classy Cottage.
