Tried to support the little guy since loves and sheetz came along. Never again. They lady at the register was very rude and quite honestly just weird. Acting very strange. Don’t think she should trusted at the register. Will be taking my business else where and suggesting others do the same.

I live in Madison and go to the station very often and it never fails that the red-headed woman who works there is extremely rude very condescending and very unfriendly as a matter of fact you feel like you're bothering her to even be in her store never alone never a thank you for your business no matter how polite you are to her she needs to be fired and she needs to be fired ASAP she brings the whole store ratings down if you can't look at your ratings and realize that she is rude to everyone get rid of this woman.And as soon as sheets is done being built and the flying j people aren't going to have to tolerate her nasty condescending attitude to get gas in Madison so enjoy your business while it lasts

Has to be the worst customer service I have encountered. Said hello, and asked the male clerk how he was… No response. After paying for my items, said have a good day.. again nothing. Why work a customer service role if you’re not going to provide said customer service?? Owner may want to look into better help, as I see I'm not the only to complain of this issue.

As if the high prices aren't enough to drive you crazy, the service here is absolutely abysmal. Every employee seems to be highly disgruntled and extremely indiffernt. I wonder if the owner of this establihment could afford some human relations courses for these employees. Costomer loyalty must not be a priority and I now make sure I buy gas elsewhere simply because I can't stand to interact with the staff. Everybody I talk to has the same exoerience.
