This is probably my favorite hardware store, it's always stocked, clean, and the staff is great.
All of the employees are helpful, but I think Stuart deserves a shout out. He has helped me numerous times, he takes the time to offer tips and knowledge about anything I'm working on.
I was in tonight to purchase a sump pump and the things that go along with replacing it. I didn't know what exactly I needed (this was my first time), he walked me around to all of the different sections, showed me what I might need, and tried to keep my unnecessary costs down. (I wanted to buy every size fitting, just so I didn't have to come back for more parts)
He could have easily sold me all of it, but he took the time to find things that would work no matter what. I just think that says a lot about him and his integrity as a person. He's always patient with my 1000 questions about my projects. I appreciate it.
I'm glad I decided to stop in tonight instead of driving all the way to Mentor to shop at Lowes or Home Depot! Thank you.

Convenient in the neighborhood, they stock many things that you can use around your house. Folks are helpful and they have a good stock of items.

I had gone to this place in middle of Madison Ohio. The man who helped me, asked me if I needed help soon as I walked in the door. Very much appreciated. I would’ve taken a long time to find what I needed. I’ll be back

The store is fairly new and very clean. Looks like they would have everything you would need there. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped with what I was looking for.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Took my lawn mower blade in there on Thursday 5/16/2024 To have it sharpened. Expressed to the manager that I needed to have it back as soon as possible and since it was going to rain on Friday. I needed to pick it up on saturday And asked if they can do it. The manager assured me that it would be done by saturday. Here it is sunday 5/19/2024 I walk into ace hardware and the Lawnmower blade is not ready hasn't even been touched. So disappointed will not ever be back.

Went to get a mail box today the witch at the front desk proceeded to lecture me, I dont speak hyperbolic she oviosly a satan worshiper. when I ask a question. I think she tecnacly answered my question by telling me It was on the box. Not a five star experience other times it was much better not today satan.
