Gilson's was able to put together an order of 15 individually engraved glasses for our restaurant in two days the week of Christmas. I was very impressed with their quick turnaround and the glasses turned out beautiful. Highly recommend Gilson's. It'll be the first place I go to for any future orders. ????????????

I came to Gilson’s on a whim looking for a last minute gift for my aunt. I was on a time crunch but the staff there had my piece done not on, but BEFORE, my timeline— even though it was same-day service. I was so impressed. My aunt absolutely loved the personalized engraved charcuterie board. Gilson’s staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have a really wide variety of products and everything is just so cute there! Lots of choices. I plan to come back for unique and personalized gifts in the future.

I needed a gift monogrammed and I am so very happy I found Gilson’s. They did a wonderful job and the ladies there are such sweethearts. They have a great variety of elegant gifts for all ages and occasions.

I would leave a 0 star if I could. I had 10 knives that I wanted engraved I was told $25 per knife which is a fair price. When I went to pick them it it was $65 per knife almost triple! When I arrived and asked why it was so expensive an older lady gave me nothing but attitude about why it was so expensive. I understand quality work costs money but I get this done 3-4 times a year and have never paid this much nor have I had to the engravers job by converting my logo to several different formats only for him to call me and tell me he can't do. It wasn't the format it wasn't even the machine he said it was him that couldn't doit! And the worst part is I left them a sticker of my logo and font and the blade font was completely wrong!I feel this place likes to charge out of towners double well in my case almost triple! Next time I will ship my items out of town to be engraved and shipped back and still save half of what I paid for incorrect work. If you want to get ripped off and have attitude thrown at you then use this place otherwise I advise staying clear of this place.

This place is great.. I've had two recent experiences at Gilson's and both were great. Recently went in and found two plaques for engraving. They had them is stock and I was called 24 hours later - all finished. They were beautiful, and the Peggy, the person who helped me, was terrific through the entire experience.

Mr. Gilson hand-engraved my 10-year anniversary ring and I could not be more pleased with it! The hand engraving is so unique and beautiful, and since it is hand-engraved, it will last a lifetime without fading. I admire it every day. Thank you so much for making my ring truly special!

I always find the most unique, quality gifts at Gilson's. The option to personalize presents for others (and myself!) with names or monograms makes them all the more special and appreciated. The ladies who work there are very personable and helpful. My visits are always most enjoyable.

I love it when businesses actually pick up the phone! From the first time I called, the person on the phone was always pleasant and helpful. They bent over backwards to make our retirement gift for us within budget and for that, I am grateful to support a small business.
