I was in last week of December and went back today 01/4/24 and had a good experience. Each time I was dealing with the personal Banker ll Karen H… who each and always treat with respect, profesionalism . I know her by 5-6 years and always happy to see her again and address my concerns to her knowing she is always ready to help.Thank you

Service at this bank has been terrible. I have been working an issue with them for over a month and I am still waiting for a resolution. Is there anyone I can talk with to escalate a major issue for resolution?

Service has really gone downhill at this location. Not only did they treat my late mother shabbily last year trying to close out an IRA, today I gave them a second chance, waited in the lobby to open an account and no one even acknowledged me or looked at me in the brief time I was there. I walked out.
