“Bill has always been very helpful, he was very polite and courteous during my mother’s storage unit being up for auction. Instead of just auctioning off her unit, he called and called and tried to do everything to save it for her.She suffered from mental health and he was always very sympathetic. “If you have to load here they're awesome. They have overnight parking. You just pull into their lot. They leave the gate open and then in the morning they will load you as soon as they come on shift. It only takes about 45 minutes and they get you in and out right away and they got to scale on site”

“The reservation process was simple; made reservation the night before online. Showed up at location, in a few minutes I was all set. I rented a GMC van for the day to help finish up my local move. Initially, I wasn't looking forward to driving it (I'd rented a medium size truck in 2011) based on past experience. The van was easy to drive, had a lot of power, had A/C, and was very clean. While it took me about 7 hours to complete the job, if I used my SUV, I'd probably still be working!!!!
Not planning to move for a good long time after this, but if the need arises U-Haul will be my first call.
My only suggestion would be to consider having forms available by drop box (or include one with contract). My WiFi didn't work, so I had to go old school(back to pen & paper) to put mileage, time returned, and fuel level on my rental. I'm assuming all was well, since I'd not received any calls today from the U-haul office.
Other than this, it was a very positive experience for me!”

The store manager Lisa keeps the facility spotless and trains her staffs to be friendly and professional, Harry, the hitch installer is an expert at his job, and all of Lisa's staff is professional and friendly. I would give this location a 6 stars if I can.”
