Called to get help with an order they screwed up three times and they told me they can't refund me cant help me and then the "manager left". Last time I purchase from ulta. Just buy on Amazon, it is cheaper and actually arrives at your door. Macedonia location is utter trash. Store manager working 8/23 at 7pm should be let go man. They shouldn't be in customer service.
Still waiting on a refund for order #M141854530 ulta!

I got a brow lamination and wax done at the Benefit bar by Erica and it was amazing. I don’t think my brows have ever looked better!!!

Cristina, you need to work on your customer service girlfriend. You stalked me and my friend around the store instead of asking us if I needed any help finding something. I come here twice a month when I run out of makeup. It’s usually my favorite place to come after a bad day. I love makeup so much and usually this Ulta location but this time I left feeling embarrassed and upset.

Today was my first time in this particular store. I came in to get my hair bleached by Matt. First off, let me tell you - he is amazing.. so amazing that I followed him from his previous Ulta location in Mentor Ohio to Macedonia Ohio. I wrote a much more in depth review on Mentor Ulta page. I love this store. It's layout is fantastic. My ONLY complaint is that while I was paying my bill of $177 - the cashier DID NOT MENTION OR ASK IF ID LIKE TO USE - MY $15 in points which expire this month. REALLY UNHAPPY WITH HER. ALSO SHE WAS NOT FRIENDLY.

The woman that sells Clinique couldn't be more rude. If you don't want her product then she acts extremely rude. Other then this person the other associates are helpful.

I really didn't like how the black female employee ( maybe late 20s or 30s) stalked me and my husband while we were looking at nail polish. She kept hovering around staring at us. I turned to her and smiled and she didn't even return a smile or ask if we needed anything just kept watching us suspiciously. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Amy was amazing! She helped me find exactly what I needed. She actually knew most of the products at the store. Give her a raise! The only reason this is not five stars is because you didn't have Nars yet.

Staff seemed to compete against each other, made for awkward dialog. There are a lot of choices with chemicals, not many without. Descriptions and labels printed in the smallest font make it very difficult to self-serve.

Fantastic experience here at Ulta. I was able to get my hair styled by Matthew who got me all fancy looking for NYE. Then I met with Amy who provided excellent customer service with some great makeup tips. I felt treated more like a guest that a customer. Highly recommend.

Went to the Macedonia location this morning after speaking to Karen the sales associate. I was looking for Tom Ford cologne for my son. She checked the stock and had one bottle available which she held for me. A beautiful young lady was super kind and caring. I truly appreciate her.
