“To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?

“Traveling from Michigan to Virginia Beach when I noticed my left rear tire losing pressure. I just bought these tires recently and was upset thinking I ran over a nail. “They were very quick. I work in an auto repair shop and I needed 4 used tires for my Volvo. They balanced them, took the rim off the wheel and onto the new ones, put the new ones on and torqued them all under 15-20 minutes. I believe it was the manager whom I was speaking to and he was very nice and knowledgeable. They are a small business with fair prices and I would highly recommend. Gave me $20 off the tires and a 30-day warranty.”

They took my car in right away and Danielle kept in contact with me, attached photos of what the problem was, my options and the cost. “On 8/2/21 I ordered tires from an authorized dealer.Three days later I was given a 9/7/21 delivery date.On 8/25/21 my date was changed to 10/28/21.Called said dealer and was told the problem was Mickey Thompson.Called Mickey Thompson on 8/30/21 and was assured they had not missed any shipment dates to any of their authorized dealers.Asked if I could order straight from them and was told how.Went straight to their website and made my order.Was told a 6-8 week delivery.The next day I was given a delivery date of 9/3/21.Those tires were on my door step before noon.That man I spoke to had to take the time to look into what had happened and then took even more time to expedite the shipping to keep the delivery date their dealer had missed.To find a better company to do business with I would imagine one would be hard pressed.”

“Noticed my wife’s Mazda6 had low air in a tire. After a closer look saw a nail in it. On a Sunday afternoon, the only tire place open in the area was NTB. Called and spoke to Quinton who confirmed they were open and that they could possibly patch it rather than have to replace the tire. Upon arrival, Quinton evaluated the nail placement and determined it could be patched and provided me with the needed details. Within 45 mins my tire was patched and I was out the door. Quinton and his team were kind, detailed, and efficient. Much appreciated!!”
