We bought a fire pit from Great Escape this June. We had an issue with it causing some carbon black getting on the glass pieces. Matt from the store came out to our house saw the issue and replaced the fire pit. The customer service along this journey was first class. I can highly recommend Great Escape.

I needed 32 gallons of pool shock. I called ahead. They loaded my truck and had already pulled up my account to have me pay and leave in a matter of minutes! Although this experience was great! I would like the options of having items delivered, similar to many of the other stores. Thank You!

My furniture was never delivered. I took a day off of work to be home for this delivery and they never showed up or called to tell me they weren’t coming. I still don’t have my furniture. I will never do business with The Great Escape again. Terrible customer service

We purchased a hot tub in May 2023. We just noticed the frame underneath the plastic shell is split and makes the shell pop off. I called the store and was told to call their tech Dan. I called and sent 3 text messages over a 2 week span and he’s never even acknowledged my messages or call. When I called back to the store to see what else they can do I spoke to an Anthony who told me he would speak to his manager and get back to me the next morning…that was 4 days ago! They have great sales people but horrible customer service!

The team here offers the best customer service, hands down. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it's once a day or my 3rd visit, the team there greets me with the same positive energy! I never feel pressured to buy additional items. They offer their suggestions and let you make the decision. I asked Tony for assistance on a piece that I've been online looking for and he had an extra piece. He just gave it to me! I couldn't be more grateful ?. I just love how they treat me like I'm buying the entire store even when purchasing a $5.00 item. I made the biggest make of my life thinking that because they weren't a mom & pop store, they would not greet me when I walked in or assist me when needed. I could have been going here for years. That's how great this team is. No matter what your needs are, give this place a chance to earn your business. You won't regret it.
