Went in to have my dip polish removed so I wouldn’t destroy my nails attempting it at home and as soon as I sat down the gentleman working proceeded to try and use an acrylic nail, out of the box, to try and pop the dip polish off my fingers with no preparation…. I jerked my hand back because it hurt and explained that I was trying to keep my naturals nails healthy they had me soak them in acetone (as expected) but they still continued to try and chip them off multiple times throughout the removal process. They were super aggressive with the remaining removal and applied polish without providing a manicure despite me asking for one. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Square One nails is my favorite nail salon! The girls treat you so nice and do a fantastic job! I have had Julie and Lisa do my nails and both do an awesome job! They are the best and I am a regular customer forever!

Got a mani and pedi done on 7/29. I ask for my toes to be short and rounded because they catch on my sheets in bed. Well they were barely cut and left with sharp edges that caught on sheets again the night of the 29th as I got into bed. I had to file every toe nail to prevent snags. My mani was gel, usually I can get a gel mani to last 2 weeks. Well by 8/1 my gel on my fingers were chipping off. For spending $100 I expect to have it last more than 4 days. I have gone to square one nails for about 3 months now and i will not be going back. the first three times i went i had a good experience. However the last time i went was horrible. I showed my nail technician the design that i wanted and they said they could do it. Once it got to the design part the design was uneven and not what i wanted i figured if it’s gonna look like this i might as well go somewhere else. I tried come up with something i would like on the spot since i would be paying for it and seeing it on my nails for a few weeks and my technician proceeded to tell me that “the walk ins had been waiting a very long time because of me” even though i scheduled an appointment. Out of stress i told them to just paint over the dip i had on in a color i liked. the worst look was given to me. sigh after sigh form my technician and they finally finished my nails and by the end of it they looked chunky, uneven, and polish was spread across the side of my nail. my nails still hurt along my cuticle from the drill. if u do go here please don’t waste ur money like i did on something that looks worse after u finish and walk out.Services: Nail art

This was not a good experience! I called for an appointment for an express mani , pedi and was quoted 55.00. That was not the case. And both services took about a half hour together and I left with nicks in two of my toes and the polish on my fingers is not smooth. I will not go back again! I liked this place but they use some sort of cheap really bad material in their nails. they rip the acrylics off and it ruins your natural nails. mainly because of the cheap product. there’s better, cheaper places that will not ruin your nails !Service: Acrylic nails

For the amount they charged my Man for both our feet and hands to get done they were rude and kept taking women before me, saying I didn't have an appointment but I did for us both. Won't be back.... And the guy that did my feet was rough!

If I could give negeative stars, I would. Horrible experience. Serviced for a full set. They changed the person doing my nails three times. The end result was thick, lumpy, and uneven nails. My nails also hurt after. I have NEVER had that happen when getting my nails done! When I went back the next day the owner offered to repair them. However, I explained my experience and that I did not feel comfortable having them service me again. I stated that I would appreciate a refund. She refused stating the work was already done. But you just admitted it was done poorly and required correction. Beware! I will never go back!Service: Acrylic nails

I always have good experience. My nails are perfect when I leave and I make my appt to assure I am seen in a timely manner. Katie is my nail tech and she is sweet and efficient. Actually this is the best place so far I’ve experienced since moving back from Tx after constantly searching multiple locations because I am picky. My nail shape is always perfect my nails never lift or break only problem is needing more colors to choose from for my service. Other than that they have my business.Service: Dip powder
