You open at 9:00? Any contractors I know is up and moving (WAY) before 9 AM. Just one of the many "lazy" ways of doing business from sohar's. Another problem I have with you is your phone girls, if they even pick up at all. When I say "sales please" or "Service please" I mean just that. I don't want to be questioned by some young hot blonde who knows less then zero about ANYTHING, and is clearly only there to answer phone's, and sound hot doing it. How about when my wife tried to purchase a leaf blower from you, and you wouldn't sell it to her because she wouldnt give you her personal information embarrassing the hell out of her in front of the store.
I can go on and on. Instead, now I travel many miles out of my way to avoid this joint.

Super friendly and great service. Love their annual tractor pick-up service which we have been using for 8 years. And, really appreciate Sohars as a place to take repairs for small outdoor power equipment, even when I botch my own DIY attempts lol.

Very well organized, and fair with competitive pricing. When I brought my new zero turn home, the battery was dead and they immediately drove to my home and replaced it with a new battery with no fuss. I highly recommend this place of business.
