“My compliments are for Tammy who was working this afternoon (Nov 13th 2022). She was extremely helpful, getting pairs of boots off the top shelf for me, WHILE also helping a family with 3 children get fitted for snow boots, WHILE also ringing customers out at the front. I don't know how she juggled it all, but she did it beautifully with such a kind smile, and informative answers to my questions. She made my visit exceptional. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Price points were reasonable. 10/10 would recommend, especially for someone new to running who needed a lot of guidance.”

I had my high-end custom Italian leather boots re-soled at Al Nola’s and they did an amazing job! When they were ready to be picked up, everything was very organized with my ticket information including the $50 deposit I made when I dropped them off. The man who greeted me at the counter, I believe his name was Freya (not totally sure), was very kind and polite! He gave my boots an additional fresh buff and shine before I left. Highly recommend!”

“Andy was very helpful as I was picking out my first pair of climbing shoes. The also have a wall with some holds on it so you can get a feel for how the shoes might work for you. I’m getting away from rentals at the gym and they had everything I needed to switch to my own gear.”
