The two guys in the store were about as helpful as a box of rocks. They appeared to not want us in the store. I will never set foot in there again.

The location of this store is one of the busiest in the area, parking is awful and non-patrons use the SW parking spots. I had to park a ways off (first world problems) I know, good store just horribly located.

I had purchased lids for my buckets at the akron location these lids are even listed on website and even though I had the receipt they refused to let me return them at this location and the staff were very rude and repeatedly told me they didn't care when I would state that i had the receipt and even said good for you we are not returning them and said it wasn't their fault that the akron location sold me something they shouldn't have saying they never saw the lids before he also said he didnt at any of the four locations he apparently worked at very dissatisfied and disappointed... smh

I went to the Sherwin Williams store in Macedonia, OH. I called first to confirm they had the paint color I needed to match. Even though the paint I was trying to match was Valspar vs. Sherwin Williams, they had the formula for the color and were able to mix it for me. The paint was on sale and I got an additional 10% off for creating an account. Another of the items I needed was on sale and they had the other items I needed. The sale was quick, easy, with great customer service. I'd highly recommend Sherwin Williams paints for their variety of products from cheaper to professional. Appreciate their hours of availability too.
