Emailed RCPW if they had a Shindaiwa EB910RT backpack blower in stock since very hard to find. They got back within minutes on my email. I ordered it and received the unit 2 days later! The service is great and this makes the sale! Thanks!

I've ordered from these guys a couple times now and today had to contact them directly for a part. They didn't have it but were actually able to locate it for me and help me get one. Can't thank them enough and will definitely continue using them whenever possible!

This is the second time ordering parts from them. I should of learned the first time that I had to finally contact them cause the part was taking sooo long to ship. The lady who answered was great so, there is that.This time I ordered a simple throttle cable 8 days ago and it still says "waiting for part" I make a living turning over equipment quickly and waiting 2 weeks for a throttle cable is not helping me or the landscapers waiting for their equipment back.I order a lot of parts from a lot of different part companies, this company seems to take the longest to even ship my part. Next time, I will opt to purchase from the other company. I hope in the future you guys can resolve this issue.

No problems at all. Site was easy to navigate, checkout was painless and they sent confirmation and shipping update emails with no delay. Prices are lower than box stores, will use again for sure.

WOW What fantastic service !!! I called for parts and advice for our Meyers plow pump shortly before an anticipated major snowstorm and as one can imagine they were extremely busy. The parts tech which i'm sorry don't remember his name was extremely helpful and efficient. In todays business world it was pleasure to get that kind of service. Knowing the degree of importance he said we'll have the parts shipped out today. Being a business owner of an extremely busy automotive service center I recognize and appreciate his performance. Top notch company and recommend them highly.

I ordered a Briggs engine part. Unfortunately Briggs just wasn't shipping this to RCWP fast enough. I needed the part sooner. I called to check the status and ended up cancelling the order. Everyone was very courteous and helpful and they cancelled my order as soon as I hung up. Would definitely do business with them again. It was just unfortunate that they didn't have this particular part in stock and the manufacturer was taking too long.

I originally ordered my needed parts from Jack's Small Engines, but it turned out to be a total nightmare. They did not have the needed parts in stock as they originally said, (just to get me to place my order), but they charged my credit card anyway. A month later, I asked them to cancel the order and send me a refund, but they decided to ignore me. So, I ended up having to go through the BBB to get my money back from them. Then I found RCPW, who had the needed parts in stock, and at a better price than Jack's Small Engines. After reading all of the reviews for RCPW online, I was a bit nervous to place my order, but I decided to take a chance, since I needed the parts desperately. Four days after placing my order, the parts arrived on my doorstep, and they were the exact parts I needed. Their customer service was excellent, their prices were the lowest I found, and I could not be happier with my experience. It looks to me like many of the reviews for this company may not be very accurate. I would give them 10 stars if I could. For all of those customers that were not happy with RCPW, I suggest that you try Jack's Small Engines. They have a 1* rating, and I guarantee you will be singing a different tune once you experience what a really bad company is like. We definitely will be using RCPW for our future part needs. Thank you for being an honest and dependable company. We will be back!

Very good overall experience because of quality people, best price, and smart shipping. I bought two echo attachments and both arrived damaged by FedEx, no fault of RCPW. I asked them to send me two new attachments to replace the ones I refused because of the damage. They wouldn't send replacements until the damaged ones arrived back to them. I asked for a refund and they provided it that day. Days later after continuing to search for a same or better price, I reordered from RCPW and received the items in great shape through UPS. Smart move by the shipping department. I'll definitely buy from them again
