PNC bank Macedonia has very rude customer service. I have been a good customer for many years. I will not plan on returning to that branch!!

Once you understand you need an appointment it's no big deal. We use the ATM regularly and seldom find it out of service. Are they perfect, no but what business is these days?

This is by far the worst PNC branch I've ever been to. When I needed assistance with securing my account, the debated with me. When I asked them about getting courtesy checks, they wanted to charge me when other branches don't. I will NOT visit this branch again until changes are made.
