We had brought my mom in for a covid shot and we accidentally went to the wrong location , but the young lady working in the pharmacy said no problem and took care of our mom and she got her covid shot. Everyone in the store was very helpful and it was a real nice experience. THANKYOU everyone .Your definitely a great place to shop and your employees make it a 5 star experience.”

“I was having trouble getting a long standing prescription refilled due to low reimbursement from the pbm that Medical Mutual uses. Drug mart had refused to fill it any further. However when I explained this was the last refill, it is actually the taper off dose. If a diabetic stops glp 1 drugs suddenly it can cause serious problems. They filled it. Thank you- pharmacy department.

“Hands down my favorite Drug Mart of all time. Its the biggest one that I know of and has such a unique and abundant selection. It far out weighs the Kent and Stow locations. They are awesome too mind you, but this one really stands out. You can find most of what you are looking for here. Much like a little mini Walmart. As far as the pharmacy is concerned, they go up and above and beyond their normal duties to assist, I have never met more cordial employees anywhere. He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. “We choose Walmart for our prescriptions because we travel a lot. The ease of transferring from one Walmart to another is great! We call or arrange on the app and we get a text when ready and the price. Occasionally we have to stop by the window to update our ins info-it doesn't always transfer, however, over the last few months it's been working great. Rarely do we have an issue of any delays, 95% of the time they are quick and thorough. We do ask our dr to call in rxs direct when needing refills, we don't wait for Walmart to followup on that, it usually takes time. Our dr calls it in and rxs are ready that same day. Streetsboro Walmart has worked well with us over the last 2 months transferring and filling rxs. The staff is polite and helpful. The pharmacists have been informative. They have a lot on their plate and always fill our rx accurately. 5 stars.”
