Arielle is a phenomenal groomer. She did an amazing job on Hondo. She was very gentle when handling him. He can get scared with new places and people, if there's no one familiar. But she was incredible with him! Thank you.

I’m a vet tech, I visit this store multiple times a month for rat food/items and always stop to see the rodents. Today I noticed one of the mice is in pretty serious respiratory distress, I go to the cashier (an old man I see often sitting behind the register) and tell him about the mouse. He ignored me. I thought, okay maybe he thinks idk what I’m talking about. so I say “ I’m a vet tech that has a sick rat at home so I was like hey you’re sick too little one?? lol” jokingly as to not seem like a pushy person. He ignores me again and says “Hit decline on the screen”
I wanted to talk to him about buying her if they couldn’t help her recover well, but he wouldn’t even make eye contact while saying what little words he said to me..
Don’t work with animals if you don’t care about them, it’s pathetic and makes your business look bad.

Generally clean, with a decent selection of items. They've got a pretty big fish section, and of course the adoptable cats are so sweet to look at (&want to take home!) I love that they supply little stations for accidents with cleaner and paper towels- not that personally I've had to use them, my fur baby isn't a puppy nor elderly- but it's really nice to offer that to patrons.
I like to stop in with my pup after a walk!

I love shopping for my pets here at Petco. The workers will greet you when you come in and assist you with any findings.. They are really nice.

Came here with my puppy to try on some harnesses around 9:30am 5/24. The floor was littered with rubber bands and old plastic tags. You would think a place that invites puppies and dogs they would have this cleaned from the day before. Had to remove multiple rubber bands out of my puppies mouth. He kept going under the shelving which was even worst who knows what's under there.

I notice that you have a higher rating than the other Petco stores. This is because of your sales associate Shafic! He is phenomenal, he went around the whole store to help me gather things I will need for my new puppy! This is what CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like people. Thank you so much for your patience and listening to what were probably stupid questions. I will be checking back to see when he will be promoted to store manager!
