“I love the pet smart in Macedonia Ohio! My groomer is Devonn. He does an amazing job every time I bring her in to be groomed. My dog and I love him. I will always bring her to pet smart because they are very good with our pets but Devonn is very special. I’m a happy puppy mom. Thank you Devonn for being my special groomer! You are the best!”

They always have samples of new food and treats that they offer. The dog washing area is always clean and ready to use. The store is stocked and clean all the time. Just a great place to take your dog.”

“I have been going to Wilson's for decades. They have a great selection of wild bird feed as well as feed for any animal to want to accommodate in your yard. I generally don't feed in the summer but they have a great stock all year. They also offer feed for domestic animals from horses to dogs to things I probably know nothing about. The staff is always friendly and happy to help with any questions.”

“If I could give more than five stars I would. Miss Sue is honestly the best groomer around. She treats my girls like they’re her own puppies. My poodle mix leaps around the house when I tell her it’s groomer day. Sue has always listened to any and all concerns or special requests that I come in with. I love that she keeps notes on the dogs haircut preferences/special accommodations. To me this shows she really cares, wants to put the dog first (most important!) and that you as a customer are not just a number.”
“I have entrusted them to care for all my fur babies. Recently my 15 year old cat was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. Dr Kelly explained everything and offered options. We were able to maintain her quality of life for close to a year. When it was time to cross the rainbow bridge they were so kind and caring. They made a very difficult time as pleasant as possible. I wouldn't go to anyone else.”

“I use this store mainly for site to store pickup but everytime I come in here, all the staff is very friendly. Orders placed online are ready to be picked up very fast too. Sometimes 30min or less after placing the order! Obviously the selection is also very large and pricing is fairly good.”
