We were welcomed at the door. We were shown and told where the couches were. We were asked a couple of times if we needed any help. But left to browse. We were finally ready the salesman was very friendly very helpful answered all our questions. Even showed us another option. We know the pricing was very good. So we went ahead and ordered. Helpful about letting us know approximate delivery to the warehouse and approximate delivery to our home. He did offer us an extended warranty. We had ordered all of our cabinets from North East Factory Direct ed with the gentleman who helped us then with the design and are very happy with the quality of the cabinets we got. The price was very good also.

Did some shopping around for a sectional for our living room. Visited 3 stores then decided to check out NEFD in Macedonia. We needed a sectional with manual recliners because we didn’t have access to outlets, so we looked at their inventory and selected a sectional that met our needs and looked to be of quality material. It took around 8 weeks to get shipped to us. After the guys left from delivering and installing I was immediately unhappy with the quality and looks of it. The material looks cheaply made and it will not stay latched together. I sent an email to the sales guy and left messages for the manager with no response. I had to call another stores manager and have them help me, basically he told me the only thing they could do was send a service guy out to look at it. The service guy came and adjusted some things and left. This thing comes apart every time someone sits on it or pushes the recliner in. This should not be happening! I called and left another message for someone to call me back and it’s going on 2 days with no response. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would not buy another piece of crap from them! A very expensive piece of crap at that!

We walked in just to look at furniture. But we were offered such a great deal we walked out with 2 couches & 2 recliners. Natalie was helpful and professional.

Natalie was amazing! I had been in the hospital and was desperate for a lift chair, yet I was unable to go to a store. I selected the chair online, Natalie responded, and I purchased it sight unseen. Best of all, she managed to get the chair delivered almost exactly 24 hours later. I highly recommend NEFD and Natalie in particular. Thank you!
