J3 is packed full of superb quality clothing. The style is unmatched to any other men’s store. These are items made with the finest materials. You definitely get what you pay for. The service is exceptional! We mainly deal with Jack and Brian, but all associates are awesome and helpful! They know their merchandise and they have the expertise to help you find exactly what you like. No one pushes you to buy anything. They really are there to help you if you need it. “Truly one of the best places I've ever been! I stopped by while visiting Cleveland with my kids and the staff could not have been more friendly!! They had exactly what I was looking for (including a bag I had been trying to find for nearly a year!). They were even able to ship back one of the purchases so that I didn't have to carry it back in my suitcase! Our Uber back to our hotel broke down in the parking lot and the owner of the store came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help. He invited us back inside to wait and we had the nicest conversation about a mutual place we both enjoy to vacation. This is what every store should be, but it is hard to come by these days. Knowledgeable, friendly staff with an incredible selection! If you visit Cleveland, Cuffs should be your first stop!”

I have to especially thank Devon, who took my measurements and guided my fiancée and me through the suit selection process. Devon was very thorough and took the time to make sure I was measured correctly and familiar the customization options that were available to me. It was such a great experience because I visited an Indochino location in Pittsburgh a couple weeks before and the associate was unprofessional and hurried. Devon went above and beyond and provided exactly the experience I was hoping for. Once I receive my order I'll come back and update this review regarding the fit and feel of my suit and shirt.”

“Best store hands down. The customer service was amazing. Steven was so friendly and helpful fitting my son for his suit (rental) and helping him with colors. The best person was Antonio. We picked up the suit on Thursday an hour before closing and the store was swarming with customers. He helped every customer with such a friendly and professional demeanor. He made it like we weren’t even waiting. He was by himself and he had it all h day control. Antonio was amazing!!!!!”

“I was skeptical as a first time customer. They did not have good reviews online. However, there was a beautiful jacket in the catalog that someone in my family really wanted. We called the catalog but the customer service team wasn't very knowledgable. I think the customer representatives work for various catalogs and don't have much knowledge of the product merchandise for any of them. This really frustrates me when catalogs do this as I can read the details of the item and make my purchases online by myself. When I call up customer service, I really would like to talk to someone who has knowledge about the products that cannot be found online. We waited as we weren't sure about ordering from here and also didn't want to pay for shipping if we were unsure about the product. Acorn bases their shipping charges on the price of the item and they don't offer free shipping no matter how much you buy. I knew that the price of shipping this jacket was way more than it would actually cost to ship a lightweight item and that did not sit well with me. However, we did eventually see a promotion for free shipping so we decided to give the catalog a try, just once, because we were so in love with the item. The timeline for the delivery of the item was quick. When we opened the package I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jacket. It was a really, really nice piece. The material was so soft and silky. The construction and workmanship was excellent. It fit true to size and was absolutely perfect in every way. My family member was very pleased as it was exactly what they had been looking for. We only had one experience with this company so far and we didn't have any issues with the order and didn't have to deal with customers service or returns. I also didn't place the order during the winter holiday season so I can't comment on what that may have been like. However, the quality of the merchandise exceeded my expectations. It ended up being worth the gamble. “This is a review for the wonderful service Rebecca gave to my mother-in-law who is elderly and legally blind. Seeing Rebecca in the aisle I asked her where the bath rugs were. She walked us over to them, and started talking to my MIL. Rebecca showed her the rugs in the white and tan colors, told her the sizes, and checked the prices. She spent time with us, was very pleasant and not rushed. Rebecca definitely gets Kudos from us. We also appreciate that 20% off coupon I found on my phone app.”
