Wonderful experience!!! Store was clean and organized well. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. With nothing bad to say I would express that the trip was nothing less than excellent!

The staff are exceptional! We were looking for a power cable and we couldn't find it, but after we left, the staff actually went to find us when they found the cable! The employees are willing to go out of their way to make a customer's experience worthwhile!

I had a horrible experience, workers complaining about there job, Didn't put the discs in the games when I bought them. And unhappy customers everywhere. I will never come here again and neither should you. No credit or offer for inconvenience and took 30 minutes just to find the correct game disc I am very disappointed.

Man shut the door in my face proceeded to tell me they were closed when then still had a hour left open, and proceeded to let select people in and relock the door.

Terrible customer service Hate walking into a store and the workers see you and yet not greet you. Even after the gentleman’s phone call he never acknowledged me being in their store.

Took my son up to this store to exchange his headphones a second time in less than a year because they keep breaking. I had a warranty both times. I exchange the headphones pay 15$ for a warranty, get home the brand new headphones don't work. I go back up there like I'm done with this company I want a refund to get different headphones. I can't get my 15$ back so I just got scammed. I literally bought the headphones an hour ago. I get why after a day or week or month you can't be refunded the 15$ but I just bought them and your product was once again defective. They didn't even have another new pair to sell me. I feel like I should get that 15$ back.

Nice people, but EVERY time I go there I'm sitting outside while the doors are locked and the lights are on for like 20 minutes.

This place has gone down hill like no other… today my boyfriend went in go buy an SD card for his switch, he asked the worker there if he recommended the nintendo brand or not, the employee was very rude and legitimately threw the SD card at us and told us he “can’t guarantee it will work but it’s you’re choice”…. there’s a WAY nicer way to tell your customer that they can purchase a better SD card! We also asked a simple question about returning the item, but the answer was rude and aggressive! Luckily he was the only one in there today, so the name on the receipt had to be his, so thank you JAKE for your wonderful service today! not, do better gamestop!

I used to love going to this Gamestop, it's my local store, but after how I was treated today I'll be taking the drive a bit further.I think the rep was named Nathan, he was incredibly rude when I tried to do an online order return. At first he asked for the paper invoice, which was never in the envelope, and when I explained that to him he responded "so they just printed it and then threw it away?" as if I was lying.I showed him the order on my phone on my account and he said he can't look up my online orders on his end. I also showed him the email Gamestop sent that said that they were experiencing issues with their order update system, which might have been why I didn't get a paper invoice.But the worst part was that after he told me to call customer service and I was asking what they could do about the situation, he basically just turned to the computer and pretended like he was working on something. I asked two more questions and he didn't respond, pretended I wasn't there. I guess since he didn't care to help he'd rather pretend I was gone.I left very disappointed and when I called another Gamestop store, they said they didn't understand what he was talking about as all I'd need is my email and my order number and they can do a return. So what was the big problem? Why waste my time?The rep lacked experience and brain cells and shouldn't be trusted dealing with customers unless you want to keep losing money.
