“The first tech that came out (Andy) wasn't quite sure what the problem really was on our refrigerator but he called Dean who seemed to know exactly what was going on. I set an appointment for Dean to come fix but when he got there and found out the unit was over 11 years old, he was very honest and said he wasn't sure it was worth fixing and maybe I should get a new one. He didn't even charge me for the second visit. They could've talked me into spending good money after bad, so I very much appreciate his honest recommendation. I will definitely call them on any future appliance repair.”
“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”
