When I dropped off my phone the man was very welcoming and kind. When I picked it up it was another person to get it from who was very short and not very welcoming. Maybe just try and coach him up on that.

Took my kid’s phone in for screen replacement. It was done in roughly an hour and was a decent price for the work. Will be returning for service again if needed.
