I went to this location today. It was closed a little before 2:00 the door & online has the hours posted that they’re open until 4. The worker had the door locked counting money. I tugged on the door a few times. The worker could’ve let me know that they were closed. I waiting outside for 20mins until the worker just went in the back and shut the lights off.I don’t live close I drove 30 mins to get there. Please update hours if you’re closing at 2 on Saturday…

We’re from NC so of course we have our souther charm to sprinkle around. When we walked in we were greeted with a nice lady behind the desk to the right and we politely asked her if our card work here in OHIO as well. She said yes. So we proceeded to walk to the product we needed. The “manager” I’m guessing walks by and glances at me like I’m shop lifting. My hand sanitizer clipped to my kavu bag was leaking all over my shirt. While this is in my hand and I’m cleaning my mess up on my shirt and bottle, she walks up and tells my sister “I’m gonna need you to pull your mask up” while the mask was clearly covering her face correctly nose and all. Then proceeds to look at me and says “ma’am we ask that you not smell product before you buy it” I proceeded to tell her that it was mine and it’s clipped to my bag. The store didn’t have our product and we walked out and left. This was not a great experience to say the least! Will not be back. Maybe if I had Botox and LouisV bag she would have been more nice ??♀️

What is the problem with the air conditioning here? Its always @ 80 degrees in this store & even worse ehen it's really humid outside??? Great knowledgable staff!

This store blows they never have all that i need maybe half of it and the people who work there arent very competent and dont know about their products they sell. It sucks that this one is closest. The mayfield one, and every other one ive went to, is much better.
