“My daughter and I had a little bit of free time between dance rehearsals, so we did some window shopping in downtown Hudson. In some of the other stores we entered, we were ignored or looked down upon, almost as if we were criminals. But in Francesca's, we were immediately greeted warmly by the cutest young employee, who took the time to ask my daughter about dance class. Everything in the store was so pretty and well-organized. We didn't have a lot of time, but ended up buying an adorable romper for a great price! We will be back for sure. The welcoming atmosphere was truly a breath or fresh air.”

I’ve gotten both a dress and a sweater from here and both are holding up so well. The stock rotates often so there is always something new to try on! The atmosphere of the store is so well designed and the window displays are always great!”

“This is the absolute best place to buy high quality ski and snowboard gear. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you are in the right equipment. Their clothing selection is also excellent and they only carry the best quality. They stand behind every product they sell and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is something you will never find at a chain or big box store. Geigers is the only place we purchase our ski and snowboard gear from, from base layers to equipment!”

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

“Wow! What a wonderful find in this charming little town of Chagrin Falls. I can't tell you how much I LOVE this town and all cool unique boutiques. Walking in the door, I instantly knew this was my type of store. They offered a variety of merch from clothing, jewelry and household items. I was so exited to find a very special ring. It was engraved with the phrase..Embrace Your Story.....and trust me, that's exactly what I'm doing. If you happen to be out in this little town, I highly recommend a visit.”

My husband has been a client for years, but what I want to specifically mention is that their staff does a superior job with women’s alterations, too. Marisa and Jenna extended excellent customer service and meticulous alterations on a formal gown that I needed altered quickly. I will continue using them for all of my alterations. “Been going to this place since it was Chagrin River on Shaker Square. Always Class A customer service, up-to-date trends, and a overall good atmosphere. Was trying to find my son Air Force 1's size 14, tried 12 shoe stores and nobody had them. Went here, found them, out the door in minutes. True Cleveland landmark, go check them.out!”
“They have some pretty good selections and decent prices for the most part. I like coming to this location because the customer service is great and a very friendly atomphere overall. They make decent prices that you can afford not to expensive and not to cheap. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends but mostly to anyone that loves to find sales and deals for the low prices. In the summer time it gets too hot in there.... They need to put a air conditioner in there so the customers can feel the cool air. There's no air circulation that's why it's gets very hot in there. Smh! The only thing that they need to do is setup an online store to shop besides going into the store location.”
