“My daughter and I had a little bit of free time between dance rehearsals, so we did some window shopping in downtown Hudson. In some of the other stores we entered, we were ignored or looked down upon, almost as if we were criminals. But in Francesca's, we were immediately greeted warmly by the cutest young employee, who took the time to ask my daughter about dance class. Everything in the store was so pretty and well-organized. We didn't have a lot of time, but ended up buying an adorable romper for a great price! We will be back for sure. The welcoming atmosphere was truly a breath or fresh air.”

“I discovered this store a few months ago and am so glad I did! Great selection of stylish and quality (the name rings true) clothing for men and women, and the staff are all extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful; they know their products and they understand fashion. The store manager, Anna, is absolutely wonderful! I don't normally enjoy shopping for clothes and tend to order most of my clothing online, but the Cleveland Madewell store has started to make me re-think my shopping habits. Would recommend to anyone who's looking to build a timeless, yet fashionable wardrobe with a no-stress shopping experience.”

“Wow! What a wonderful find in this charming little town of Chagrin Falls. I can't tell you how much I LOVE this town and all cool unique boutiques. Walking in the door, I instantly knew this was my type of store. They offered a variety of merch from clothing, jewelry and household items. I was so exited to find a very special ring. It was engraved with the phrase..Embrace Your Story.....and trust me, that's exactly what I'm doing. If you happen to be out in this little town, I highly recommend a visit.”

“Every time I go into this wonderful shop, I have the best experience maybe ever in a retail location. The service is spectacular and I've been able to select the perfect gifts for my wife and daughters with their staff's amazing expertise every single visit. Guys, if you're looking for outstanding gift ideas especially when it comes to women's cloths, there is no better place in Northeast Ohio. When my girls open the box from Haven, it's always an "oh wow" moment. Their location is an "oh wow" moment for me because I love visiting Chagrin Falls. It truly is the perfect store in the perfect location.”
“Being a procrastinator, I waited until two weeks before prom to get my dress hemmed. This was the only place who said they could do it! I went in on a friday (i think) and the dress was done by tuesday night for my prom on thursday. Amazing turn around time, definitely recommend this place.”
“It's a sad reality that in this day and age we celebrate a store for doing exactly what they all did 30 to 50 years ago. Customer service was the utmost importance, followed closely by experience and of course the expertise of the proprietor and employees. We all remember the hardware stores before Home Depot, filled with knowledgeable employees who can help you with almost anything you were looking to do. Peter's store for men in downtown chagrin Falls has been the only place for the last 20 years that I've purchased a suit from. If you're looking for a truly custom feel without the $3000-$5000 price tag, you have to come in and visit this store. They only sell fine clothing so everything you purchase from there near custom shirts to of course their suits will be among the best you own. If you are looking for fitted or custom-made shirts and suits this is one of the last stores that can actually accommodate that. Sure there are mall stores that claim similar quality for less, but it's not true, they sell a lesser quality material to make up the difference. Peter has been a hallmark of Chagrin Falls for decades, if you haven't been there stop in and trying to suit. You'll be glad you did.”
“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”
“They have some pretty good selections and decent prices for the most part. I like coming to this location because the customer service is great and a very friendly atomphere overall. They make decent prices that you can afford not to expensive and not to cheap. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends but mostly to anyone that loves to find sales and deals for the low prices. In the summer time it gets too hot in there.... They need to put a air conditioner in there so the customers can feel the cool air. There's no air circulation that's why it's gets very hot in there. Smh! The only thing that they need to do is setup an online store to shop besides going into the store location.”
