“Impressive operation - quick process and newer equipment. However took two cars (SUV and Sedan) for the $14 package each - both cars had dirty rear ends and needed hand washing at home.”
“This place is absolutely amazing. My poor truck is 5 years old with 90,000 miles worth of stone chips, scratches and other paint issues. I had a full paint correction done, full front PPF, PPF in problematic areas, full ceramic coating including the wheels and a full interior detail. My truck looks better than it did when I bought it. “Rick and Mike in service are always fabulous to work with. Rick really came through this weekend. Friday, my car started to make a whirling noise when I took my foot off the gas. I talked to Rick and dropped my car off Saturday morning not expecting any work to be done for a few days. I get a text Saturday afternoon that the work was done. Rick knew I was going to the playoff game so he knew I would not be able to pick it up. I came and picked up the car this morning. He told me there was a cancelation Saturday, so he was able to get the car services, and the extended warranty covered it. I highly recommend Rick and Mike and the Motorcars Volvo service department.”

“Great service! I live near Cleveland and my car was COVERED in the aftermath of this year’s midges. Turns out it didn’t come off that easily and two people spent about 10 minutes power washing and scrubbing to loosen it up before the wash so it would come out clean. Very impressive!”

“This is the only car wash I take my brand new black Tahoe truck to get a wash. The employees are very fast and efficient. I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.”

“Staff is amazing! I went in with my bike rack on back and the Manager/Owner took off the bike Rack before I went through and put it back together for me when I came out. He then he gave me a handfull of free car wipes and some air freshers to try. The vacums clean the inside really well and the top service wash with the extra shine truly does shine brighter and last longer. I highly suggest if you need a car wash & clean-out the inside. There is more then enough spaces for everyone so you dont have to wait on a vacum and two lanes for car wash, it goes pretty fast.”
“When we passed by RockStop Gas, the gas was 22 cents cheaper then anyone else. We decided to stop on our way going home. Gas was then the same price as everyone else. We still got gas and decided to get a car wash. My washes are free. By the time we got to the front of the line, the car wash was broke. The lady who was working in the gas station was wonderful. Tried to help in every way. Next time we will go there first. The place is also clean. This station is on Northfield. RITA CARROLL”

“It took me a minute to figure out how to work this thing. But once I did, everything proceeded rather smoothly.
I got the premium wash. I like the fact that there were no brushes to scratch the surface of my car. It uses a water cannon technique to power wash and high velocity air jets to dry.
The wash left my ride looking nice and shiny. Then, I hopped on the freeway to finish off the drying process. I did notice when I got home, though, that there were white spots of what I think was the spray on wax. But, I was able to wipe those clean with water and a microfiber cloth. I also noticed that even though my tires were clean, there was no tire shine. I guess this kind of setup can only do so much.
All in all, I'd say it was a good experience. I think I will go back again.”

“I went to Moreland Hills Classic Services recently for major repairs on my Infiniti QX80 after taking it back from the dealership’s service department last November. I spent months trying to find a local repair shop and selected them based on multiple recommendations in local Facebook groups. My experience was OUTSTANDING. They not only fixed everything on my car and got it into perfect driving condition, they did it for more than $2K LESS than the dealership quoted. “Man, I don't get some of the harsh ratings on this page! Waterway is a carwash offering multiple types of washes and a monthly clean car club. You can get interior and/or exterior service and a variety of add-ons. In this area, it's the best car wash. If you're going to be super picky about the job, you should probably do it at home on your own. I really think the teenagers that work here do the best they can and work hard given the super long lines they deal with constantly. I could never do this kind of work. I'm usually very happy with the quality of my car and this location is always full of nice kids ready to help. Compared to other spots locally, this Waterway offers the best value and I'll continue to take my car here year round when I am in the area.”

“I generally do my laundry during the evening normally between Wednesday and Friday. I like to go and do my laundry when John is working. He makes the experience much more enjoyable not a chore. The atmosphere is always seems to be light and fun when John is working. Anytime I've ever had an issue, John resolved the problem immediately. John has gone above and beyond to help customers by lending a hand if asked or resolving an issue quickly. He always engages the customers in friendly conversation, making you feel welcome. It's ALWAYS an enjoyable evening doing laundry when John is working and I plan my visits to ensure I go when he's there. John is an essential part of there store and would not be the same with out his upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work John and I will see you soon!!!!”
“Friendly staff. Very clean store and products. The fruit is so fresh it looks like a picture. The meats are fantastic to look at as well as tasting great! T-bones 2 inches thick or more! Thus was my first visit and definitely won't be my last. Pricey but well worth it. A++”

The bays work darn good from my experience, so if that's your thing, go for it!The automatic wash is nice because this spot is close to home and it's affordable. It usually does a nice job if I want a quick rinse before going somewhere if I don't have time to wash it myself. All that driving around, gotta give the car some love, ya'know.Still isn't as good as an old fashioned hand wash. But it can knock the dirt off .sure won't scrub it clean....but the expensive ones won't either. So don't waste your money. While it down before and after if you want to get it nice...but then again, you prolly should've just hit it with a hand wash if ur going to do all that!Still a decent spot. Open 24 hrs!! And in the winter. Less Gooo!!!”
“I checked this place out because I've been looking for a self serve car wash after the automatic car washes just kept missing too many spots and/or just not getting all the schmutz off, but I don't know if I can economically get it done in my driveway either.
Renting the power washer ended up being a very good choice, I was able to spot clean and ensure everything was getting properly cleaned but also had access to equipment/soaps that I wouldn't at home. Very happy with the clean that I got but it was a little confusing to figure out how it worked.
I was eventually able to figure things out, there were picture instructions that were just vague though to get me through, but I did spend about 10 more minutes figuring it out than I probably needed. That's not a huge deal as next time I come back I'll get it done quicker.
However, I'm still not sure how to select the amount of time per transaction. Supposedly this is $3 for 5 minutes, or $5 for 10m. Wanted to select 10m increments but could not figure out how to select. $3 for 5m seemed to be the only option available to me.
Additionally, I wanted to vacuum and shampoo my interior but I don't see how to use credit card for the vacuums. There's is a cash-to-token machine but no way to use my debit card. Definitely want to give that a go.”
