Burlington is a major discount retailer offering WOW deals on favorite brands for the entire family and home at up to 60% off other retailers' prices every day. The Macedonia location includes clothing for ladies, men, kids, and baby, along with beauty, shoes, accessories, and home décor. The remodeled store is super clean, very nice, and well laid out with wide aisles. Shoppers find a large selection, with an excellent handbag selection and very happy prices on merchandise like purses and men's clothing. Customer experiences with staff vary. Some staff are friendly, efficient, and provide great, patient customer service, going above and beyond. However, other staff at the front door have been observed ignoring shoppers, being on the phone, and not offering greetings or thanks, which customers find off-putting. The store is noted to be smaller post-remodel with less merchandise in some categories, and dressing rooms have been closed during visits. Despite this, many customers love the merchandise and plan to continue shopping there.
Prices are good but this particular location is getting a little sparse on things I need.

Store was nice and clean and organized, which made shopping easier because you wasnt tripping over items in the aisles and having to dig through clothes to find the size you was looking for
