“Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price. There aren't a ton of reviews of KEI on Google but if you check out any of the Chagrin Falls FB groups, there are hundreds of people recommending his work. I won't go anywhere else in the future. “Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.

“If you need ANY kind of auto body work done, drive immediately to Jon's Garage in Solon. Jon and his family are friends, so I knew he'd do a good job, but I wasn't prepared for what an EXCELLENT job he did on my car repair. He not only obliterated a twelve-inch gash in my rear quarter panel, he matched paint perfectly, and the repair is completely invisible. AND, he totally detailed the car (which I didn't request) - my car looks just like it did when I drove it away from the dealer! Quick service and a very reasonable price - highly recommended!!”

We needed some front body work on our RAV4 due to small accident and we found Caliber. They ordered the parts got the car in and fixed it and had us back on the road within 2 weeks and the technicians did a fantastic job!

“Would have deducted .5, but read on...Josh did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress.The rear passenger side of my car got backed into by a box truck, so I had them do the insurance work to repair the rear of the vehicle.Damage included rear bumper, stop/tail light, backup light, reflectors, cross traffic radar sensors, rear fender, trunk floor, trunk hinge adjustment to realign the trunk lid.I also had them do extra work to repair a scratch on the driver's side rear door, and repaint the hood to remove all the stone chips (120K+ miles of freeway travel).For the most part, the work looked great. However, I had to take the car back to get the hood redone. It had dirt in the paint, and the stone chips had not been filled/sanded... just painted over. After the repaint, the hood looks like new, now. All other paint was perfect the first time. ???Slight alignment issues with the hood. And the new rear bumper sticks out from the rear fenders slightly at the top on both sides. I will follow-up with Josh to see if easy for me to adjust both of them, or if I need to stop back in.In the end, the final result looks great.”

“They are a great group of guys over there. I can’t say enough good things about them. I was referred to them by my mechanic. It was a pretty simple fix for the hinges on my trunk and they went above and beyond and did an amazing job. They even touched up a little ding in my side door and fixed a loose panel by the bumper without saying a word about it. I planned on getting it detailed when I got it back but they cleaned it inside and out and polished the wheels.
I went from Parma to Macedonia to find this place and I will not go anywhere else. There are probably 50 shops closer and I will drive past them to go to Highland every time.
