Called before hand to see if they sell a certain product. They said they do. Drove up to the store just to be told by two associates that they don't. Glad I wasted the gas

Stock was available on the App, but when i arrived, I couldn’t even find the spot where the item would have been kept. In short, it looks like not only was the item unavailable, it had not been available for quite some time.
This was a big waste of time for me. Luckily, there was a competitor nearby whose online inventory reflected accurate stock and it wasn’t a complete waste of a trip.

My husband bought an Apple Watch online for delivery. He ordered a small band instead of a medium. We went to the store to exchange it. We were told it was on sale yesterday but not today. If he wanted the larger band we were told it would cost us $74. We asked to speak to the manager. In a cloud of pot vaping smoke , he said no exchange. This certainly no way to run a business.
