I placed an order for a custom end table on January 8, 2023, with a projected delivery of two to three months later. I called the store several times, each time being told the truck would be going to make a pick up later that week, or perhaps the next. Another time I was told the table was done, but the bottom trim piece was missing, so it would likely be ready in a few more weeks. Over the last month and a half, I've left several messages and sent an email with no response to any of them. It has now been almost eight months since my order was placed. This is very perplexing to me as I have ordered furniture from here several times before and have always been well-satisfied with the products and the service.

Ordered table in March was told be done in June. In June was told july. July came was told it will be done in two weeks, last week came and left was told he’s going to pick up furniture Tuesday. Called wends and was told oh he didn’t go get furniture he’s going Friday and you can pick up table Saturday. Called today left message she called husband back I’ll let you know after 3 when he calls if he has your table. 3:20 came she calls table isn’t done yet. Horrible experience was told lies at one point I got good news tables done just have to pick up but today it isn’t done. Will never go back and advise no one to shop there unless you have a year to wait for your items.

Honestly I think at this point I would give it zero stars. I'm so beyond disappointed. I bought and paid in full for a 2 seated glider June 3rd and what was supposed to be about a 2 week wait has been 9 weeks! Was finally informed LAST week that this Friday it would be delivered.... well here is 6:35 and their business closed at 6pm. And they are barely a mile from my house. This was supposed to be something I could enjoy ALL summer.

I placed an order for a 2 seated glider (paid IN FULL) that should've been, realistically, about 2 weeks but here we are at 9 and STILL no glider. I was informed last Thursday that it was FINALLY finished and due to be delivered this Friday (August 4th) the business closes at 6p and is about 1 mile from my home. It is now 7p and no call no show. I'm beyond disappointed. This was supposed to be sometimes I could enjoy ALL summer.
