I don't know if staff is oblivious or don't care. On several occasions I have stood in a line 10 or more people at one cashier line, while another employee (a specific one) is standing around talking and joking around with a customer right next to the check out line. I have been in line where this same employee is working the photo section and she spent so much time talking to the customers in front of me about the specific pictures they sent to be printed, like "those were cute pictures of your dog" "that sunset looks really beautiful" etc. I understand customer rapport and all that but not when you have a line waiting. The lady in front of me on this visit put in her pictures 10 minutes prior to coming into the store and said she didn't receive an email saying they were printed but this employee went to the back and started printing them all, while the rest of the line (some just trying to check out random items, some with picture pick ups waited). I've never worked at walgreens but it seems like the appropriate thing to do is to take care of everyone who is ready and then address printing these pictures.

This pharmacy is consistently glacially slow at getting prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Worse yet, they lie and claim the doctor didn’t send it in. My doctor is a friend and texts me while she’s doing. The unprofessional behavior is disrespectful when customers are extremely ill.

I waited in line 25 min for my scheduled flu shot. I get to window and lady said she didn't want to do it and that I would have to wait for the guy. He was doing drive thru, which was busy. There was still 2 people ahead of me waiting for shots. I ended up leaving and going to express care. Took less then 20 min start to finish there.

Awful pharmacy, been trying to reach them, when my turn somebody hung up, came over to pick up med, while in line I called and phones ringing, asked the male tech why they don’t answer phones, he said they are short staffed. Then told me I had to wait 15 minutes for pharmacist to check insurance, when came back the med wasn’t ready and another tech said she had to verify something else, pharmacist kept giving vaccines even though long line. Worst pharmacy.

NANCY is extremely lazy and very unhelpful. "Too busy" to assist and claims to be understaffed. This location does not have management. Only do business during the day, Nancy works the night shift. AVOID NANCY.

I've used this pharmacy a couple times and the experiences were consistently poor. My recent experience with one of their pharmacy techs was bad enough that I will transfer my prescriptions to another location. She was rude to me, snippy with the pharmacist, and moved at a snail's pace. I don't blame the pharmacist that was there that day because I know a few personally and along with being horribly overworked and low on support staff in general, they really can't do anything about bad employees. But, based on some of the other reviews here it's pretty clear the store manager doesn't care.

The very worst pharmacy. It takes at least an hour to get through on the phone. My prescriptions always take days to be filled. The hours are always changing and inaccurately listed. The staff doesn’t seem to care that their inability to do their job impacts peoples health and quality of life.

This pharmacy takes FOREVER to fill prescriptions, often times delaying an auto-refill for days. And prescriptions sent from the doctor? Good luck getting those filled on the same day. Despite this pharmacy being walking distance from my house, I am switching because a drive is so worth knowing our meds will actually be filled.

I called this location during work from a provider's office wanting to get a prescription filled for a patient. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the prescription needed to be filled until the same day of the appointment.Because I called a bit earlier than they opened, I left a message on the voicemail with all the necessary information. An hour or so later, it occurred to me that I should call the pharmacy back to look into how soon it would be ready for pickup by the patient. I was transferred to speak with THE pharmacist and told him I had left a message regarding the patient but just wanted to verify that the message was received and ask if it was able to be filled before the appointment. He immediately started yelling at me, saying that they were very busy and that he couldn't tell me anything before going on a rant about how I can't expect my patient to be taken care of first and that the order will be added to the line.I was shocked and taken aback at his sharp, argumentative tone and tried to diffuse the anger, telling him I was just wondering if it was possible and that I would not be upset if it didn't work out. However, I very gently let him know he didn't need to yell, and that it was all ok. That's when I realized he hung up on me...I realize pharmacists these days are overworked and probably exhausted. However, that does not give ANYONE a license to treat others the way he did me, ESPECIALLY when I expressed it was ok if the prescription was not able to be filled in time. It is extremely unprofessional, rude, and just downright mean.To add to injury, when our patient came in, he stated that the same pharmacist has consistently been horrid to his wife as well. I also took note of the other review here on Google, in addition to the ones on the store page . Clearly this is not just him having a "bad day" and is a perpetual disposition. This guy either needs to do some serious changes with his attitude or be removed from his position. Healthcare is a public service that requires compassion and empathy, and this pharmacist has habitually crossed far past that line.

I have not had any issues with this Walgreens store in the 3 years I’ve been using it. I use the drive up and occasionally there is a wait but that is usually due to customers not checking beforehand if their prescriptions are ready ( which I do) then that creates a wait line.

The manager of the Pharmacy, Mike is extremely rude. If you press the buzzer he screams at you. The pharmacy clerk was disgusting!!! She had a major attitude. This so-called pharmacist has no business dealing with people. They hung up on my son yesterday. We have had other dealings with this jerk. I am transferring my scripts to Solon. They care!!

Customer service is very poor. Don't call at 1pm they will leave you on hold until 1:30 so they can hang up on you so they can go to lunch.
