Andre and Jermaine were the BEST deliverymen. They were careful bringing the refrigerator in through 2 doorways. There was NOT one mark in my newly painted walls.

Too bad they seldom answer the phone. I have been left with an answering machine that says they will return the call by days end. Really, days end. Not what any customer wants to hear. Have purchased many thousands of dollars of high end appliances ( Thermadore and Electrolux) but doubt I would return based on this latest experience. My latest experience with their highly rated Speed Queen (pricey)washer purchased in June 2024 has now resulted in 2 service calls and now waiting for parts. Sales person did ask for updates but now doesn’t return calls. Not the experience I hoped for.

No, I do not recommend Snow Brothers Appliance. We spent a lot of money with them to buy the appliances for our new home. In the first few weeks we had two issues with the appliances after moving in and we had to deal with Joe Pusateri. When our $3300 washer and dryer were delivered, the delivery driver did not install the dryer because he said it was not on the "invoice" to do so. When I got ahold of Joe, he kept saying it was not installed because our dryer vent was installed incorrectly. I spent 12 minutes on hold with him while he stared at a picture of the dryer vent, saying over and over again he had never seen a dryer vent installed like that and it wasn't his problem and to take it up with the builder and that I would need a "kit" but he himself could not tell me which kit, it was up to me to figure out. I explained to my builder what was going on. They've been building homes for 30+ years and have always installed their dryer vents the same way. The builder came over and installed the kit within 10 minutes, no issues. Second issue- I was able to use my dishwasher for 2 weeks before it started leaking. I again had to deal with Joe who informed me it wasn't his (Snow Brothers) issue and to take it up with the builder because they installed it and the reason it was leaking was because it was installed incorrectly by the builder. The builder came out and confirmed it was installed correctly so Snow Brothers finally sent out a technician who informed us that the tub would need to be replaced because when the dishwasher was manufactured, the tub was never sealed correctly. At this point I felt like we should have had a whole new dishwasher installed. It lasted a whole two weeks! You spend all this money on appliances through a locally owned business thinking you're going to get the best customer service but that was not the case. I've purchase several times in the past from Snow Brothers (Mike, but he retired this year). After my experience this time I won't be back, I am telling my parents who are building a home not to go to Snow Brothers. What's the point? Their customer service sucks, they don't stand behind their products. Joe you were terrible to deal with. Good day!

Horrible experience. ?Two older gentleman showed up to service my garage. Jingle and Jangle fixed the problem but did not repair or stop the issue. The one guy was so interested in a bass boat. I was going to give it to him free then thought about a light in the kitchen that needed repair and inquired he said it was an even trade. One would think right. No!!! He called several days in a row then said he would get back to me but never did. The other guy, Jingle fix the problem but not the issue. He didn't even put the cover back on the garage light fixture. ?But get this they referred another person to me fix the light and due other electrical work stating (these are old, retired men and they don't do that kind of work anymore (line underground from house to garage). The guy Jingle and jangle referred me to is just as useless as them. I called Homeshield and put in a new service request and they assigned me back to SNOW ELCTRIC!!!!! I called the office, and the owner was so rude because I called his employee's Jingle and Jangle, he never even listened to how his employees was representing his company. I hung up and called my insurance company again but this time demanding that they do not send anyone else out from SNOW ELECTRIC!!!!! This is a useless joke of a company. Beware con-man. RUN RUN RUN These peopel are a joke. ?

6/2024 Bought a brand new GE washer, went to go use it on DAY 1 and it does NOT work. Called Snow Bros. and they said SORRY we don't take washers back, you need to call the manufacturer. Will never purchase anything from them again. BEWARE!

Snow Brothers is now my number one store for purchasing large appliances! I recently purchased a GE clothes dryer and found both the salesman and the delivery men to be knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. The delivery men, Jeff and Jerome, took time to make sure the dryer was installed properly which involved moving the washing machine over, which was their suggestion--a very good one, and balancing both washer and dryer, which I so much appreciate!

Snow Bros. did a wonderful job of fulfilling our six appliance order of 15 April 2024. We had the fortunate pleasure of working with Amy Lang in sales who exceeded our expectations for professionalism, courtesy, communication, attention to detail and most importantly for her timely follow up. Please request her if you need assistance with an appliance purchase decision. The sales price of our individual appliances was very fair when compared to manufacturer pricing.
Snow Bros. Delivery and Set Up teams were professional, communicative and efficient too. You’re in good hands with Amy and Snow Bros.

Snow job from Snow Brothers....DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE - POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!
My parents have been loyal customers and purchased all of their appliances from Snow Brothers for over 30 years! Yesterday )5/20/24), they purchased a microwave from Snow Brothers. Once at home we discovered that the microwave was too small for the built-in cabinet. My mother immediately called Snow Brothers and asked for "Steve" , our salesperson. He was accommodating and shared with her that we could return the microwave for the larger more expensive model. Steve then called right back stating that his manager said that Snow Brothers' policy was that they could not accept the microwave back as a return or exchange once it had been taken out of the box. Steve knew that my parents were a little uncertain regarding the measurements. Steve NEVER stated that the policy was that ONLY microwaves could not be returned once the box was opened. This policy was not published on any of the paperwork we received nor posted anyplace inside the store. I would think that a small local business that has to compete with big box stores now would appreciate, acknowledge and value long time, repeat customers more. Also offering as a courtesy to "exchange" the microwave for a nicer model. I have already shared this experience with my family and friends. This is a business that is certainly NOT customer friendly and apparently thriving so well that they do not need any new or returning customers.
If you want a "snow job", become a Snow Brothers customer

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My grandparents have been loyal customers to this company for 30 years. The other day, their microwave died and the first place they thought to go to was Snow Bros. (NOT BEST BUY, LOWES OR HOME DEPOT) since they never disappointed. Yesterday, they bought a $200 microwave, went home, only to discover that it did not fit. They tried to return the microwave SAME DAY in exchange for a BIGGER and MORE EXPENSIVE microwave that was a better fit, but they rudely refused our service and failed to inform them us of this policy when we originally ASKED the policy. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Especially if you are a person of color - it appears that they have a reputation...look it up.

Waited weeks for a microwave, every promise for an updated delivery date was broken. Finally picked up from warehouse, microwave has food remnants inside and scratches and dirt outside. But wait, there's more. Called to ask for a return label so I don't have to drive to return. "They don't do that." What kind of business in 2024 cannot request a prepaid label from UPS? Be wary doing business with these people.

We purchased a refrigerator one year ago. When it was delivered the door was damaged. Appropriate steps were taken to replace the door. I was told it would take several months (up to 9 months) to replace the door due to supply chain issues and I would receive a call when the door arrived for replacement.
No call back was received. Since I had passed the 9-month mark, I called several weeks ago and was told there is a problem that I waited too long to have the door replaced (even though I called immediately upon delivery), and I would get a call back. No return call now 3 weeks later. I have called Snow several times, no one answers, I leave VM, and no one calls back. I am calling about the door and because I want to follow-up to order a cook top. After trying to call yesterday and today, I am now leaving this review. The product and delivery were fine. Follow-up service completely disappointing, thus 2 star review. Hopefully, someone will follow-up.
