Art & Shirley are the best. They patiently worked with us find exactly what I was looking for. They’re knowledgable jewelers—and equally important—they are also transparent about their pricing. Extremely honest and reasonable people to work with—Rosenfeld Jewelers is a very rare find in their industry. I cannot recommend them highly enough.They mostly have estate jewelry in their unassuming shop, but they’re able to source or create exactly what you have in mind if you have your heart set on something specific. And they’ll do it for a fair price. They’re top notch.

Very disappointing. They could not resize my rings due to the stones, so they put in metal strips that are fastened to the ring at the strip ends. I asked for bars, but they said “guards” which I took to mean bars— so that was a surprise when I came in to pick them up. I was also told the rings would be sized to my finger. They were not. No one apologized. The metal does not go all the way around in 1 of the rings and looks sloppy. Quite honestly, the work is crass and not professional and looking at what they did: I could have purchased bars from Amazon, got my pliers out, and done it myself! I’m concerned the metal may catch on something. And I was told these strips won’t last long. If I had known all of this, I would not have had them done. It was a waste of my time and money. I was not expecting this. They should really just what I asked- bars. If the could not do bars and instead do strips, they needed to explain that and also what strips entail. Ultimately they should do a refund. The whole experience was not what I was expecting from a jeweler with this many years of experience!

Art and his team are wonderful to work with. They helped us pick out a beautiful engagement ring and wedding rings that were unique, yet classic, and great quality at a great price. Would not go to any other jeweler!
