They have the most unique jewelry anyone could buy. And, I have always and everyone that I have seen there has always been treated special. I love their jewelry and I have only been to one other jewelry which was back in the 80’s. If anyone wants jewelry that is unique and one of a kind I would shop here.

Came in to have a necklace untangled and the owner I believe it is who drives the fancy car there totally scratched the S WORD out of the back of my BRAND NEW necklace. I felt like it was malicious because he stated it wasn’t %100 solid silver necklace but WHO GIVES A DAM! It was mines and that’s what matters! What give you the right to damage my property. If you didn’t want to help me just say that but don’t tell me yes and then damage my property in the midst!! Only reason I didn’t pursue charges is because I only paid $200 for it and so it wouldn’t been worth the court charges and he helped for free but GOD will handle him for his carelessness!! Don’t spend your money here! Go to someone a little more sincere.

Unknowledgeable, dishonest and dismally money hungry, they will do whatever it takes at their customers expense to make a sale. Take your money elsewhere and avoid this establishment at all costs. Sad representation of the Jewelry industry, do not be deceived by their daft tactics.

We were lucky enough to have an heirloom diamond ring passed down, which Bruce helped us to completely redesign into an engagement & wedding band. I'm really bummed that I have to update my review in this way. After my first experience here I was eager to go back when we needed a new set of rings, this time a matching set for myself and my partner. First issue: I wanted my new ring to be close in size to the previous ring I had gotten, and despite emphasizing this several times, Bruce either ignored me or assured me the smaller band would be fine. I don't like it. Second issue: we chose matching raspberry colored stones for our rings. One stone in mine, three in my partners. Over the following two weeks we got several calls asking if we were sure we didn't want to choose something "more masculine" for my partners ring. We told them multiple times that we were happy with the color we had chosen and to go ahead and finish the rings. Third issue: almost two months go by and we have heard NOTHING, despite being told our rings would take no more than a couple of weeks. I finally called them and was told by the woman who answered that the shop had deemed my partners ring "low priorty" because they didnt think we "needed it anytime soon" and hadn't even touched it. She said she would have Bruce call me back the next day to deal with my displeasure. The next day I called an hour before they closed because I still hadn't heard. When I finally got to talk to Bruce he immediately threw the woman under the bus and said everything she had told me was wrong, then proceeded to give me the exact same explanation she had, just more sugar coated. He asked us to come in to the store one more time to confirm what we wanted. Fourth issue: we ended up going to the store as requested and my partners ring still hadn't been touched. Bruce brought out the stones and tried to tell us that they just "couldn't find" two similarly colored stones, so we should settle for the redder (subtext: more masculine) stone as the center of my partners ring. After confirming that the the stone was the same size as the one destined for my ring, I told him to put the darker stone in my ring since the setting would allow light in and make the darker stone appear slightly lighter to match the pinker stones. I also made it clear that I did not appreciate the obvious attempts to subvert our wishes for both of us to have the raspberry colored stones we'd initially chosen. My partner already deals with anxiety and having to constantly reaffirm their choice of stone color was stressful for them. Fifth issue: today we recieved a bill for the ring resizing they did on another ring my partner had purchased there that we had been told not to worry about. All in all, it took us over two months and way too much judging to get an approximation of the rings we wanted. We paid way too much considering the way we were treated, and we won't be returning. If you are anything other than a heteronormative couple looking for variations on a traditional set of rings, I highly advise you to go elsewhere.
