Do not send your loved ones here! They treat the patients horribly. My relative wasn’t bathed, stayed in a wet diaper, and was spoken to harshly. No one wants to do any work. They make the patients feel awful for asking for basic needs. Telling the patients they’ll be back but never return. This place should be shut down!

From the moment I stepped into the door of the Fountains, I was welcomed by the staff. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help with whatever our parents needed. Ivy made me feel at ease about our parents move from their home into the Fountains. She is someone that I feel I can call at any time if I had questions or concerns. From her associates who helped facilitate the move to the attorney who updated our parents legal work, everyone was compassionate, patient and understanding. What really put me at ease with the decision is the lack of turnover by the staff. That was the big selling point. When the staff is treated well, the residents are treated well. I recommend the Fountains to anyone who is looking for assistant living.

We needed to find a community to place our mother and were recommended to The Fountains. Between Carol and Ivey they made the difficult decision so easy. The Fountains is a beautiful facility, warm, caring, active and they make every resident feel at home. I highly recommend this community.

In March, when my sister and I began looking for an assisted living facility to place our 95-year-old uncle, we considered two or three locations. After being skillfully wooed by Ivy Kopit, we chose the Fountains - and have been thankful every day since. The rooms are clean. The food is good. The staff is friendly. And there are enough activities to satisfy everyone.Like many, we began our search with negative preconceived notions about late-in-life care facilities. They're not always the happiest of places. What's comforting is the knowledge that we picked the right one.Brent LarkinPaige LarkinJuly 17, 2014

My experience with Kindred Assisted Living has been as a Vendor as my wife and I own a In-Home Care company called Comfort Keepers. First, we have always been extremely impressed with Carol Rose and her integrity as Executive Director at Kindred. We were so impressed, we recommended one of our friend's mother to Carol knowing she would be in good hands at Kindred. We always make Kindred our number one recommendation when we are asked about where a good place would be for our friends and acquaintances who might be looking at Assisted Living. I personally have taken some of the people who live there to doctor's appointments on an as needed basis and each of the people I've been able to interact with all are very happy with Kindred and love living there. From Carol, to Ivy to Robin at the front desk, I've always been treated extremely well and with a great deal of respect. That is very important to me and I'm sure that culture is prevalent throughout the entire facility.
