5387 Mayfield Rd, LyndhurstEveryone at the clinic was a pleasure to work with, from the receptionists, the techs, and Dr. Mendlowitz. The receptionists checked us in and out quickly while being very friendly, the tech and Dr. Mendlowitz both were very patient with my 11 year old GSD Chloe, who has bad anxiety. She didn't make giving them a blood sample easy, yet they did great while keeping her happy.

5120 Mayfield Rd Suite 148, Lyndhurst10 stars! The Collar Club deserves all the compliments in the world!! I have never used a dog-walking service because I am not fond of someone coming into my home while I'm gone but it became a necessity when I moved to Cleveland last year for my clinical training year consisting of 12-13 hour workdays. I was comfortable with The Collar Club from day 1. My dog and I were able to meet the manager(?) as well as the original walker in person before starting daily walks, which was very reassuring.I scheduled daily (Monday-Thurs/Friday) 20 minute walks for the year I was in Cleveland. My dog LOVED seeing his dog walker every day. They are extremely reliable, punctual, thorough and professional. They send a short 'report' after each walk including bathroom type (1 and/or 2) and water/treat received. Additionally, they would alert you to any abnormalities or issues they noticed. It was so nice knowing my pup was cared for while I was at work. Barbara is the BEST and I'm so thankful we were scheduled with her.Scheduling walks was so easy via the app. They approved scheduling requests in a very timely manner. They were able to have a replacement walker come in if the main walker was out for the day/week and they would alert you to the change in walker. We hit a bump in the road as the original walker abruptly quit a few months after beginning walks but they communicated status of hiring/assigning new person (Barbara) to my route and had replacement walkers in the interim. I feel that their prices are very reasonable and the convenience is unmatched. Lastly, my dog received a devastating diagnosis in my last month in Cleveland and The Collar Club (Carrie and Barbara) was so kind in checking in on us and modifying his scheduled walks.I wish I could bring The Collar Club with me to my new city!! Do your furry family member(s) a favor and schedule with this company.
