10 stars! The Collar Club deserves all the compliments in the world!! I have never used a dog-walking service because I am not fond of someone coming into my home while I'm gone but it became a necessity when I moved to Cleveland last year for my clinical training year consisting of 12-13 hour workdays. I was comfortable with The Collar Club from day 1. My dog and I were able to meet the manager(?) as well as the original walker in person before starting daily walks, which was very reassuring.I scheduled daily (Monday-Thurs/Friday) 20 minute walks for the year I was in Cleveland. My dog LOVED seeing his dog walker every day. They are extremely reliable, punctual, thorough and professional. They send a short 'report' after each walk including bathroom type (1 and/or 2) and water/treat received. Additionally, they would alert you to any abnormalities or issues they noticed. It was so nice knowing my pup was cared for while I was at work. Barbara is the BEST and I'm so thankful we were scheduled with her.Scheduling walks was so easy via the app. They approved scheduling requests in a very timely manner. They were able to have a replacement walker come in if the main walker was out for the day/week and they would alert you to the change in walker. We hit a bump in the road as the original walker abruptly quit a few months after beginning walks but they communicated status of hiring/assigning new person (Barbara) to my route and had replacement walkers in the interim. I feel that their prices are very reasonable and the convenience is unmatched. Lastly, my dog received a devastating diagnosis in my last month in Cleveland and The Collar Club (Carrie and Barbara) was so kind in checking in on us and modifying his scheduled walks.I wish I could bring The Collar Club with me to my new city!! Do your furry family member(s) a favor and schedule with this company.

The Collar Club has been caring for our pup over 4 years... they set the standard for professional, punctual, caring pet sitters. Our guy has had health issues and they have worked diligently to make us comfortable when we could not be home with him. Thankyou Collar Club for treating him like your own!

We LOve Nikki's Collar Club. We have an older dog who has become very nervous around new people in her older age. When we needed a dog sitter, Nikki came to the house to meet the dog and reassured us that she would be fine. The sitters/walkers are very professional and know how to work with animals. We've now relied on Nikki's on many occasions and our dog loves the sitters and has not had any behavioral issues with them. Nikkis has always been available for us, even on short notice. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a walker or a sitter.

I could not be happier with Nikki's Collar Club. I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they are so excited when their walker arrives. Nikki's staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable having them in my home when I am not there. You can be confident your pups are in good hands.

I started using Nikki's Collar Club 3 years ago and they have been a life saver. They are incredibly responsive and scheduling is so easy and convenient. Knowing that my dog is being well taken care of while I am away provides me with such peace of mind! What I love the most is the personal touch they bring to each walk and the follow up messages, it is so evident that they truly care! Nikki and her staff are AMAZING.

Nikki’s team is wonderful and we love using them! Nikki got us scheduled and set up for walks in a day after desperately needing help with our new puppy. The past 6 months they’ve always been responsive and flexible with my schedule and routine. I use an easy-to-use website to make any changes to my walks and I get a text after every walk with important potty information for my little dude. So thankful to have found Nikki’s service!

Nikki's Collar Club has been fantastic. When my family relocated to Cleveland, we had a six week gap while I was by myself with our 3 dogs living on the east side while working on the west. Nikki's was consistent and reliable, getting our dogs out daily, without fail, while I was at work. When we purchased our house on the west side, they were able to accommodate our scheduling needs, and have consistently taken excellent care of our dogs for their daily afternoon walks as well as overnight visits when both of us were traveling. We have now been using them for over a year, and have the same level of service now that we had on day one. If you're looking for a dog walker or sitter, I give Nikki's Collar Club the highest recommendation. They will absolutely exceed your expectations.

Highly recommend using Nikki’s collar club service. My pup loves his dog walker and is always super excited to see her. He comes home happy too. They go above and beyond even doing an emergency visit on a Saturday to let me into my house that I locked myself out of. Great company!

I am blessed to have Ann Marie as our dog walker. She is amazing with our dogs and trust me my sons dog is an escape artist. She handles all of them with love and compassion. My Sam has arthritis and she makes sure he doesn’t over exert himself. When I am out of town she feeds them and walks them and it’s to the point now that they get more excited to see her walk in the door than me. The best choice I ever made was going to Nikki’s!

GREAT dog walking service. Owner and all of the dog walkers i have met over the last several years are dog lovers, knowledgeable and dependable. Never have to worry about pup when I leave for work. Flexible and responsive to changes in schedule as well. Highly recommended!

We booked the services of Nikki”s Collar Club for a family wedding last summer. Their service was professional, dependable and of the highest value. And it allowed a most loved four-legged puppy/family member to be a featured guest at the wedding of her human parents. Nikki was so knowledgeable and flexible and contributed greatly to the overall success of the festivities. She really knows dogs! I highly recommend the services of Nikki’s Collar Club!

We have used Nikki's Collar Club since we moved to Ohio. We've always been pleased, and our dogs and cats love her. It was a delight to receive photos of oir fur babies from Nikki while we were in Thailand. A 7 out of 5 stars.

Nikki and her staff are the reason we have Daisy, our boxer, and eight beautiful puppies. Craig got to us on time as Nikki's has for a few years. On November 15th I was in Maryland (truck driving) and my wife was working a hectic 11 hour nursing shift.

If you are in the market for a dog walker, I can't recommend Nikki's dog walking services enough! They are ALWAYS prompt and ALWAYS respectful. I love the app and notifications I receive when my dog "does his business"... LOL
