I recently had a very disappointing experience at Moto Photo. I went there to get a photo printed with ink after being recommended by Staples. When I arrived, I asked the employee if they could print my photo, and he assured me they could. However, as we proceeded, I mentioned that I needed the print immediately. The employee then told me, quite abruptly, that he couldn't do it right away and said, "I'm not dropping everything for you."
I was taken aback by his response, especially since he never mentioned any timeline constraints initially. I even offered to pay extra—up to five times the normal price—because I was in an emergency situation. Despite my offer, he refused, stating that he wasn't going to drop everything for something “he didn't want to do”. (Verbatim)
This level of customer service is unacceptable. If they couldn't accommodate my request, they should have made that clear from the start instead of being rude and dismissive. I left Moto Photo feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

One two employees working. The service was super slow. No doubt the are professionals and they know their grind but they need to employ more hands to keep the good service going.

I love this family owned business they are polite, timely, and offer expert advice on all your photo needs. I had am old picture restored here and it was great. I also appreciate they also have finger print services available also. It's my go to spot.

Got passport photos done here. Didn't quite like the quality of the work. Could have been better!Update 9/13/2023 -I simply wrote a review as above and was criticized by the owner for "bashing" in their reply instead of them offering a constructive solution. You can see how much they are willing to help an unhappy customer.

Excellent service. I walked in to get passport pictures taken. They do a number of countries actually. I think I was in there for less than 10 minutes from start to finish. The young lady that took my picture was very nice and gave me clear instructions. I've been here before in the past so I'm glad the service is still great.

Great service by Sean and his team. I needed to have a few photos taken- all done quickly and with high quality. Interacting with team was a great pleasure. Prices are not disappointing at all. I keep using this studio/lab when I need such services and will be back again!
