Be very very careful of "*" on the pricing website. They will not disclose the pricing of the labs they are sending out. You will be charged in clinic and then receive a bill from their diagnostics provider. I was bill $69 in clinic and then received an $800 bill from the DX company, Quest Diagnostics. While, in the end, they covered themselves with the "*" it was not a transparent process. Also, the representative i spoke with, Reginald, with Minute clinic was rude, dismissive and condescending.Very disappointed in my experience.

There is never an open space, even trying to schedule an appointment is hours away from when you need to go in and that's at all their locations.

Just received a bill for services a date seven months ago. Says I owe a $50 copay. This is a fraudulent charge. It was not even sent to my insurance company. On the visit in question, there was a $5 copay which I paid the day of the visit. I decided to give this review while I was waiting on hold with their billing department for and hour. Shame on you. You are crooks who want to waste peoples' time so they will just pay to make it go away.

I always go to this location and I always receive excellent care. The first time I went to this location I had some peeling skin on the side of my foot, The Dr. immediately knew what was wrong and gave me an ointment to correct the issue (2015) The second time I went to this location was in 2017 for my bi-annual std testing. Procedure was quick and easy. Lab results came back fast and were all negative (Thank you Jesus!) I’m planning a trip up to this location today because I’ve had two positive pregnancy test and one missed period. I’m sure I’m pregnant but I would like an official confirmation. I love the short wait and the friendly staff ❤️❤️❤️

I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, and the one good review persuaded me to give this clinic a try. I've had better care as a walk-in patient in random hospitals in second-world countries. The person who saw me here didn't seem to know what was going on, and just told me to go to Urgent Care up the street. That was after a 188-minute wait. Why CVS even bothers with these Minute Clinics is beyond me.

I was looking up the address on this MinuteClinic for a friend and came across these reviews. I have been to this Clinic three times in the past 18 months and have had excellent care all three times. The people who gave negative reviews must unrealistic expectations or misconceptions at to what a MinuteClinic does. Several of the negative reviews contained glaring errors! There are NO doctors at these locations ; they have Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners (BSN, RN, MSN, APRN-FP), which means they are trained in pediatrics, adult medicine and geriatrics. This is NOT an Urgent Care or an emergency room. They cannot do xrays or MRIs. They can do many tests on the spot with immediate results. They do physicals of all kinds, treat minor ailments and illnesses and you get any prescriptions you require filled on the spot! SO efficient! Being able to schedule your appointment online is so convenient as well. They can examine several family members at one time, which is a blessing for parents with more than one child who is ill or needs school/camp/sports physicals. And they follow up with all of their patients the next day by phone. Does your doctor do that?! I doubt it! I have sent several people to this location and ALL of them had excellent care. I heard that a gentleman went to this Clinic who was sent immediately to the Emergency Room; the ER doctor said the Nurse Practitioner probably saved his life! He needed open heart surgery! I highly recommend this location to anyone. I have never had any problems with understanding any of the Nurse Practitioners. Perhaps that one individual had someone who was a substitute that day? I usually see Mary - who is tall and VERY gentle and compassionate.

Waste of time and money. Staff doesn't know exactly what treatment is needed. They will refer you to some other clinic/ urgent care, so why not go there in first place when you will end up paying about $100 at minute clinic for nothing.

The doctor spoke very broken English, which is always frustrating. I went in for a sore throat and she didn't run a strep test, referred me to the ER and still took 90 dollars from me. She did nothing! Also I had to wait an hour to be seen when I was the second patient on the list. Don't waste your time or money here, just got to urgent care or the real doctor.

Takes a little longer than anyone would approve of. How ever, I do like the fact that they are very courteous and thorough.
