This store is absolutely amazing! I spilled paint on my wedding bands and called in a panic needing them cleaned. They had me come in right away and cleaned them beautifully. Melissa was so helpful over the phone. She and Sue treated me wonderfully and Sue cleaned my rings beautifully (and very quickly). This is definitely the place to go for amazing customer service (and gorgeous jewelry)!!!

Such a great experience! The diamond in my engagement ring was lost and we were heartbroken. We wanted to support a small business and came across IMG through an Instagram reel. I’m so glad we went in to see them! They helped us get a new diamond and fixed the original setting to be more secure. They also cleaned and repaired my husbands ring and my old promise ring. Everyone was kind, timely, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Typical sleazy car salesman jeweler. Everything you bring in there shop is worth nothing, and all of there diamonds are priceless. (Not even close.). Majority are dated, small, terrible clarity and most of all terribly overpriced. Never will be back here again.

I am happy to comment on my recent visit to IMG, my first having occurred in 1995 when Izzie designed a pair of cufflinks for my husband, fashioned after a ring that all the men in his family wore. He loved them as did. That was the beginning.
My experience yesterday was an extension of the positive experiences I had had. The women were so gracious and helpful! In a way, it was like stepping back in time. Thank you so much. Godspeed to all. Dede
