Overall a good experience. We needed to attend a seminar nearby. Great location, lots of restaurants and groceries walking distance. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only complaint we had was that the bed was not very comfortable and had tiny pillows and somewhat worn bedding.

Great location, close to Cleveland and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were good. Breakfast was great (French toast sticks!), and the staff were all very friendly. Pool area was also clean, and the water was very warm and pleasant.

Food & drinks: One quibble we had was the website advertised free breakfast and a restaurant/bar. The free breakfast was great (more than a coffee & donut with various proteins offered). However, the space for the restaurant/bar was not in use & the front desk staff seemed unaware of "why". Disappointing, as it was one reason we booked here. That said, the proximity to the mall offered many food & drink options. It was literally just outside the hotel door.

The location is great , rooms varies . Breakfast needs to be improved . The hotel is quiet and comfortable. My only complaint - not this location's fault but corporate's - was that our plans changed and, while we were told we could switch for another day, every other option was almost double the cost, so we wound up traveling anyway to not be financially swindled.Check-in was quick and painless, the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient, and the room was nice and cozy.Awful financial policies aside, this stay was very nice.Nearby activities: VERY close (walking and short driving distance) to a host of nice restaurants and shopping.

Had a great stay here for my week Business trip. My room was super clean, and location was nice and close to shopping and good food! The best yet is the staff, from the super friendly house keeping lady to the front desk! The front desk ladies, Brittiny, Autumn, Nadia, and Tasha went out of their way to help me! Trust your stay here, and make sure to aknowledge all the hard working people that make the place great!

We've stayed at several different hotels in the area when visiting family, and this is by far the best. The rooms were very nice, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We really expected to have a good time and be able to just hangout at the hotel a bit, but most of all the amenities were closed. Pool was closed, bar was closed and restaurant. We paid this much to have these amenities. The staff was very rude to us even just checking in, but they continued to be the entire stay. Parking for this place is in a big parking garage which is a bit of a hike especially with all your luggage. We came here for a simple doctors appointment and we will not be staying here again. So disappointed.
