I was there on lunch break and I was appalled at the way Mia was speaking to an associate
( cashier) with braids. She spoke to this associate as if she was less than. This store has gone down the drain the class and professionalism has gone down the drain. I would like to make a formal complaint to headquarters. If you can't hire professionals in management, that knows how to speak to staff then I would not have a front-end person to represent my company or brand. Giant Eagle is a brand and I am sure this is not what you want to reflect or represent your brand. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

Just came home from GE Legacy Village. I brought 2 cartons of Breyer ice cream to counter, they were buy one get one free. I was charged full price! I told her they were buy 1 get 1. She told me it was the GE brand on sale, and I read the sign wrong. I tried to tell her there wasnt any GE ice cream in this particular case, end cap.
So I had her take it off my bill. I wasn't a happy camper. Meanwhile I looked at ad when I got home and it was buy 1 get 1!!!
Then, I bought an Apple pie. Cashier put it in one of their new cloth like bags right on top of canned goods!! I didn't realize what she had done, when I lifted the bag the pie slipped out of the container, breaking up into a mess. Because it wasnt laying flat!!!
Better training on packing please, and also being inpatient is not good either.

Pretty standard Giant Eagle. Clean, well stocked. Everything I'm used to from other locations.
Getting into the parking lot was a little confusing from the Richmond road entrance, but getting out was a breeze.
Being new to the area, we really haven't settled on where to grocery shop as we're trying most of them out.
Good to know this is here and it's on my wife's way home from work, so I'm sure she'll be visiting more than I.

This is one of the only giant eagles I go to near me. Very clean,good selection, and pretty good customer service.

Great store. My only issue is the rude lady in customer service Charlene she’s really rude and every time I call for assistance she makes sure her tone is hurry up I hate my job it’s sad that they get these jobs and take it out on the customers

Shop for food and more, easy to get in and out of, plus this store offers a wonderful variety of non food items. The candle selections are A1.. Different prices,some of the candles are brand names and other candles aren't But.. nonetheless ,Excellent scents . I was there for 10 minutes,just sniffing different candle scents. I couldn't make up my mind .
