On 06/22/24 around 12AM I was harassed by a young heavy-set girl while purchasing a feminine product. I went to self-checkout because no cashier was present at the register. The cashier asked if I needed help as I was inserting my cash in the machine and I politely said “no,” then thanked her for asking. As I’m finishing up my transaction, she came from the back of the store, snuck behind me and began reaching over me nearly hitting me in my head while pretending to stock. This was very uncomfortable and triggered my anxiety and PTSD. I printed my receipt and left as fast as I could.

My working nights makes shopping challenging sometimes, so I'm glad this location is open 24 hours. I needed to get a birthday card when coming home from work at 6:30am. The store was open, clean, and the person working was friendly and nice.
I got my card and was on my way in no time.
Really glad they are open when other businesses are not.

Randi in the CVS Pharmacy is 5 Stars to the moon and beyond. Highly intelligent and extremely efficient with a genuinely pleasant attitude. If only there were more people in the world like her. Thank You Randi. Please know that you are greatly appreciated.

This pharmacy seems to be completely incapable and incompetent. After multiple incidents over the last several months, we are now using a new pharmacy. It has been one problem after another and they refuse to make changes.

I recently had both my ears flushed of earwax. I had just a few minutes of wait time, felt very comfortable with the person who attended to me and the result was extremely effective. I had only observed an issue with one ear but it turns out both ears needed flushing and I experienced a marked improvement in my hearing afterwards. I would definitely want to return to be treated by the attendant at this location. Thank you.

Has a sign for “open 24 hours.” FALSE. Walked up to a sign “opens at 6 am” when I needed emergency supplies at 1am. So WRONG.

my review is similar to most of the other reviews. The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. never a greeting or smile. One day aprescription wasn't approved and I had only one pill left. At the "consultation " window the woman was totally apathetic. She even appeared to be annoyed when I asked her any questions.

Sean, the manager at the Lyndhurst store, saved our day! My son is extremely allergic to poison ivy. We were leaving early that morning for a camping weekend and I realized I was out of Zanfel Poision Ivy wash. I saw there was none left on the shelf at CVS and when I asked Sean if there was any more, he sifted through several boxes to find the one that he saw had come in. He did not have to do that. I was so very grateful to him for going above and beyond. Thanks Sean!

Website says they're open 24 hours. Big red sign on the building says they're open 24 hours. Cars in the parking lot and all the lights on give a good indication that they're open (especially considering there are 5 other locations in the area with no lights on when they're closed). However, every time I go at night, the doors are locked. SUPER annoying and beyond inconvenient when you're in need. Is the store actually closed or are the employees just lazy and locking the doors when they feel like it? Change the website, turn the sign off, or actually operate 24 hours. Thanks.

This cvs pharmacy is very shock …… since I use the place. Pharmacy technician is very rude and unprofessional and very lazy don’t want to help anyone. Even you ask for help for your prescription that you already refill by phone and the phone said you can pick up the next day at 11am but when you go for pick up they said I don’t see anything in the machine for refill. So, that the machine is not good for refill . If so, why would the machine tell me get ready for pick up tomorrow at 11am. That is wast of my time because I took my day off from work to pick up that prescription. And end up with nothing can get. That is really terrible that I never since. If I can give a star I would give a 0 star for technician work there all of them never find a good experience. I always, give them a chance to refill my prescription for my whole family for long time. I try my best to give them a lot of chances but never change. Now is time for me to let everyone know about this pharmacy is really bad place to start up get prescription. Never, helpful at all don’t go if you have a choice. Never get improve.
