Very friendly service/sales people. My sister purchased a couch, coffee table and plush round chair. I went back and ordered the cherry colored chair, can't wait to get it. Cat approved.

Incredible experience! Love the store, love the vibes, staff was super kind and help me load a few baskets. Some pricing was a bit too high for my taste, but overall, really awesome products for reasonable prices. Will definitely be shopping at Crate and Barrel again!

Bought something on line and went in to pickup. Was treated very well. Saw some things that will make great gifts for a couple of weddings.
