In 2021 I went in Cleveland Jewelry Designs for my first time to look at some rings with my now daughter in law. Fast forward to this week when I needed an engraving for my son’s birthday present and the jewelry family went above and beyond to meet my Ned’s and my deadline. Needed n opinion about repairing an antique Cameo broach after another jeweler said nothing could be done. Nicky took the time to talk about Cameos and that she would solicit opinion from a local expert.
They repaired what they could and explained the rest with no additional charge. I was treated respectfully and the broach which was my grandmothers was treated with care. A great experience would definitely go back,
