Very poor customer service in the claims and fraud department. Would not recommend this bank. You're better protected with another bank that didn't do business with Jeffrey Epstein.

I love this branch…tanja is the best! Always so kind and polite…there is also a nice young man who looks like Steph curry the basketball player well anyway he is also very pleasant and kind…they also always have a lot of staff working so the wait is always very minimal…everyone is always helpful…keep up the good work!

honestly my favorite chase location, even though there are some closer to my house. the workers are extremely patient and helpful with all my questions i had about openings a business account. Tanja Osap is exceptionally great at her job and i recommend seeing her for your banking needs.

I’m a big fan of Chase Bank, a few years ago I switched everything and consolidated all accounts in the Chase and have had a great experience, both for personal banking, and for my business banking. But what makes this particular branch the best is Ron Lewis, he is super helpful and a true professional.

Didn't want to leave remarks here. I tried to find customer service contact but apparently that isn't really a thing for particular branches. Anyway...neither ATM works here. Prob should put a sign up or something so I don't waste my time going to both.

The interior has modern ATMs that are more flexible with the bills they put out. Unfortunately, the tellers don’t like serving people and push the ATMs to a very discomforting degree and they don’t have a full service drive thru which was VERY inconvenient during the worst lockdown phase of the pandemic. A newer location just opened inside the bounds of my neighborhood so I doubt I’ll come back to this one again.

Tellers are great. I start with that because this is not about bad mouthing anyone. This review is to bring awareness to the common human practice of due on to others...(I hope most people know the rest). This branch manager is the worst type of banking representative in the industry. There was a pretty simple mistake on my account and one of his employees contacted the corporate office and received wrong information on how to proceed (really not her fault either). Instead of the manager showing true leadership, empathy or any level of customer service, he decided to suggest that I was colluding with someone else in an obvious fraud scheme. Even though this was corrected by the corporate office, the branch manager decided to make assumptions based on his own personal bias. Thanks god for the good people at a branch in Canton ohio that actually helped. this branch manager is the lowest form of human. A person who knowingly discriminates and judges based on bias and feels no remorse.

Had a surprisingly great experience at this Chase location. Came in to do a few things that I had been putting off and had the pleasure of getting the banker Kelly S. She was so friendly and helpful. I was helped right away and felt that even though I was there to do things that probably didn't benefit her, that I was still a valued customer. I highly recommend this branch.

This branch really goes out of their way to work for the customer and listens to your needs. I had some issues with my business account and they worked really hard to get what I needed done! I have been through 3 banks (personal and business). Chase is the best and I have moved all my accounts to Chase. Thank you!

I visit this branch weekly and not only is it beautifully designed, they have installed the newest self service technology at this location. Once you learn how to use it, you usually won't need a teller. When you do need a teller, you want to ask for Taylor because every time I'm there she is smiling and always happy to help. There's a reason why the branch is always busy....its people are always working hard to make your experience in the bank, a great one.
